Excelente ubicación, parking en el mismo edificio, la recepcionista encantadora, nos informó y nos recomendó todo lo que nos hizo falta.
Las habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas, además de todo muy limpio.
En general muy, muy recomendable.
La próxima vez que vuelva a Bilbao iré allí, seguro.
El único pero es que, a pesar de tener de todos los utensilios en la cocina, no había aceite, sal ni azúcar. Habría estado bien, aunque hubiera sido del tipo de los desayunos...
Cápsulas de café si tenían, además iban reponiendo si quedaban pocas.

Zeer ruim appartement, grote straat, maar binnen geen geluid.
Alles onberispelijk netjes. Alle voorzieningen in de keuken, maar NIETS aanwezig, bv zout, peper, enkel 6 Nespresso cups, geen wijnglazen. Elke dag schoonmaak, en zeer behulpzame mensen aan de receptie. Ik vergat bij vertrek de inhoud van een lade van nachtkastje, dacht er gelukkig tijdig aan en kreeg alles terug.
Onder het aparthotel is een restaurant met zéér goedkope dagschotel, 15€, fles wijn inbegrepen, voorgerecht, hoofdgerecht, dessert, handig. Zondag gesloten. Vrijdag- en zaterdagavond open. Naast hotel goede bakker en daarnaast prima plek om te ontbijten, wat verder pinxtos in bar.
Wij kozen deze locatie vanwege de ondergrondse parkeergarage voor de huurauto. Korte wandeling naar Guggenheim. Vrij dure buurt, dure winkels van grote merken. Carlton hotel is om de hoek.
Zonder auto zou ik misschien in de oude stad logeren..

Location is great ,near Indautxu Metro and has great Bars/Restaurants around.
Kids will love as KFC and Burger King are near and Mcdonalds all within 1 KM walking .
If you can walk 2 km then you could get to Guggenheim /Puppy ,Abando Station and Old Town .
Check out "The Boar" bar nearby.
Good Bathroom and Kitchen and yes it allows pets.
Well the parking was tacky so I parked nearby at Alhondiga Bilbao ,
Not the Hotels Problem , the parking space allocated to me had a pillar on one side and a big SUV on other and I could not park my SUV .

The location is fantastic. Staff were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to help us with several requests.
The gym facility wasn't working when we were there.

Super big and comfortable apartment very centrally located with its own parking. What’s not to like? :-) It is about 20 minute walk to old town. About 10 min walk to Guggenheim. Stores and cafes nearby. Very helpful staff.

Location
I was charge by the property for a reservation that I timely canceled via Booking.com. However, the property charged my half price next day (when I was able to arrive) for the night I was in the property. In total, I was charged twice in a very confused circumstance that I expect, Booking.com will take care and resolve for me.

Location is very central. 10-15 minutes walk to Ath. Bilbao Stadium, Guggenheim Museum, Puppy, La Ribera Market, the river etc. Metros are within 5-10 minutes walk. Gran Via (central street) is 5 minute walk.
Bus from Airport stops on Gran Via - so a 5 minute walk to apartments.
Kitchen is reasonably equipped Our apartment had, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hob/oven, microwave and washing machine.
Bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean, Staff were friendly
Cafe/Restaurant: There is a cafe / restaurant operated for lunchtime Mon-Sat (1 to 4pm ish), serving a set dinner/lunch menu. Unfortunately we did not get to use it, but it looked good, costing about €15 for 2/3 course meal.
There is a deli/bakery next door and a "Poke" (raw fish and salads) restaurant 2/3 doors away. There are a few bars/cafes and a kebab house within 3 -5 minutes walk.
There is a Plaza opposite the apartments which seems to be a preferred place to hang-out by young people between midnight and 2-3am. So it can be a little bit noisy. But they are only hanging-out (no anti-social behaviour).
So staying at the front could be a bit noisy (but the hotel is in the centre of the city opposite the business university campus - so a little noise has to be accepted).
There is a rooftop terrace and a very small gym not too well equipped (but if you are into exercising then a day membership of a local gym would be a better option)

location and the daily apartment servicing staff are excellent, so are some of the front desk staff
- the only saucepan supplied was dirty and didn’t have a fitting lid - staff fixed this and provided a decent saucepan and a frying pan
- tv remote held together with sticky tape - eventually got it to work
- not providing any clothes washing powder or detergent is mean and petty
- no plug in kitchen basin

the beds and pillows were uncomfortable (had back pain the whole time because of that), the decor is dated

The central location was good.
Service was good in terms of friendly staff.
The appartement was not totally clean, e.g. in the bathroom, and there were things left in the drawer from former guests.
There are no wine glasses, not even on demand, and many kitchen tools were missing (no bowls, too few glasses, cooking tools missing). Some tools were broken and have been removed on request but were not replaced.
In total, the apartment was ridiculously expensive (maybe because of the semana grande). The furniture was getting a bit long in the tooth.

Apartment was large and well fitted out. Reception staff are there until really late and were very helpful, as were cleaning staff. Everything we wanted to see in Bilbao was walkable, and train and bus stations are quite close for making day trips. The area has loads of good food shops, other shopping, restaurants, etc. A nice bonus was the airport bus stop a couple of minutes walk away.
Only 2 issues meant we couldn't give a score of 9 or 10. We reported on the first day that half of the 6 light bulbs in the bathroom weren't working and light was too low for shaving and doing make-up. This wasn't fixed during our 1 week stay. Beds are made with just a sheet over the mattress. We weren't comfortable with this and used the spare blanket as a mattress cover.

The location was very central, everything was in walking distance. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet which is a bonus in the city centre. Having a full kitchen is very useful when staying longer.

This apartment locates quite close to all you want to visit in Bilbao. The nearby street is full of restaurants and bars. We traveled with our doggy, he was very welcome, the deposit on check in was fully returned on check out. Apartment is clean, initially convinient with all you can have in such short term accomodation. We had even a parking in the same building. Definitely recommended
