lift not working had to carry a very heavy case up two flights of stairs landing light goes out after about 30 seconds

My third time staying here - nice spacious room and so handy to have the kitchenette. Conveniently close to everything (especially the bus station) but not so close that it’s annoying and noisy.

A fair bit of door slamming throughout the night in the apartment block which hadn’t been an issue on previous stays. earplugs solved it tho. Could be addressed by putting a little reminder to keep quiet at night when retuning home, in the foyer of the apartment block??

the beds are a bit old and not that comfortable but good enough for a short stay

Really spacious apartment, the terrace was huge, and was sunny from lunchtime until 8pm. Had everything I needed and location was perfect. 3 mins from the bus station and 6/7 mins from the beach.

Very old building, awful old beds, not clean, bedding gets changed only once a week and cleaner comes twice a week.

The staff were absolutely incredible towards me! They went above and beyond to accommodate a major request which they didn’t have to but did out of the goodness of their hearts! The apartments are perfect and super clean and in a perfect location to access anything you need and want. Ive been visiting biza for 20 years and Ive never stayed there before because its usually sold out with great reasons! Would definitely stay there again and recommend anyone to stay there! Amazing experience! Thank you! 🙏
