Pre arriving I messaged that due to my fiancée’s sensitive hearing please give us a quiet high room. They acknowledged this. We arrived it was room 524 (top) above traffic lights and a roundabout. There are NO quiet rooms. We even had a huge venting system on our balcony. Imagine Heathrow mid pm. First night fire alarm. We waited in our room for directions. Nothing. In the morning we asked to receive a reply. Nothing to worry about it was something in the kitchens we were told. Unprofessional to say the least. You’d better know your partner well so you can shower when they are not in the loo because a sliding door is all there is. One facility or the other- ours was jammed so it made no difference. No telephone instructions so the engineer came up and said it’s broken and shrugged. We moved out to another hotel so we could get some sleep. Reception wished us well and said “get some rest”. They asked what compensation we’d like. I told them. Yesterday they said our final offer is a comp night…the irony. Why on earth would we return for a free night of no sleep. My business is travel and has been for just under 40 years. This place is run by nice people with an invisible management who are not in touch with their motorway hotel. Sorry but AVOID….(I have videos of all the above points which I shared with the hotel)

Não estou dando nota 10 porque você tem que pagar pelo estacionamento e o café da manhã não está incluído, o que é uma pena para um estabelecimento como este. os outros estabelecimentos onde costumo ficar em cascais já está tudo incluído. Retirando isso, tudo perfeito
