Just some staff at the restaurant was very nice

The room smelled of mold and damp. We asked for a change because our daughter has asthma and is allergic to mold and fungi. The lady from the reception (who spoke very little English) came to the room and after looking around said that the next morning the hotel service would come and check what was wrong. We asked for a change because our daughter started coughing a lot because of her asthma. She said (with a help of Google translate) that they have no other free room. In that case we had to change the hotel and we didn't get a refund, even though they've promised us to do so. I've sent a few mails but no one has even replied to me. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Good restaurant with excellent live music (Saturday night)
Breakfast cold be better: boiled eggs for instance were cold and to hard, bread not fresh

Everything was great, rooms were clean with nice view on swimming pool and garden, comfortable beds, good localisation, breakfast with hot and cold dishes, very kind and helpful staff in particular mrs Karolina (many thanks !).Great dishes served in the hotel restaurant (fresh and tasty frutti di mare)

Nice and very helpful staff
No internet. Although indicated in the booking confirmation, there was no internet available during my stay.

Staff very friendly and pleasant, the food was really good. The location was perfect and ample parking available. The facilities were good and we had a really enjoyable stay.
