It’s located in a nice village and the hotel itself is nice.
The room especially the bathroom was quite small. Thankfully we didn’t spend too much time in the room as we spent most of our time visiting. The cleaning was a bit random (we didn’t get a refill of our water nor shower gel).

L'emplacement de l'hôtel au centre de Fontvieille. Nous avons eu un surclassement pour notre chambre, merci ! Hôtel très joliment décoré, chambre superbe et confortable. Excellent accueil. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue sans problème. Bon petit déjeuner.
Le prix du petit déjeuner, 25 euros par personne. Un peu cher par rapport à la prestation, petite quantité. A ce prix, il devrait y avoir au moins un buffet, du café avec machine broyeur à volonté, des oeufs.... comme on en trouve dans nos autres haltes hôtelières.

Excellent massage - would possibly even travel back for that, but would stay elsewhere.
Aircon was working - I guess that is worth something though hard to turn down.
Vastly overpriced for what it offers. Would have been OK at half the price but did not meet expectations from star ratings.
Everything is charged extra from parking (vs. lots avaialble for free on the street outside, which they do not mention when you book), to paltry breakfast ofr €23 p.p..
Bathroom straight out of the sixties, mouldy shower tiles and not enough water pressure - literally a trickle. Unacceptable in today's times and again in that category of star rating. And the "spa" is one broken jaccuzzi (out of order).
I purposefuly booked a superior room with view or terrace: the view was of the car park, and the terrace was an uninviting square in full sun and off the bathroom with two rusty metal chairs...
Wifi is poor too, had to switch it off to use mobile data as not strong enough signal nor fast enough.
I would have mentioned all of this on check-out but there was only one inexperienced young trainee on site at the time.

general ambience was lovely. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the dinner was excellent as was the breakfast. we had a parking space at €20 per night.

the garden at the entrance is beautiful with a very nice small swimming pool . the hotels main building is very old and so charming . the stuff was really nice too.
I booked this hotel as I got attracted by by spa in their name but out of spa there is only Jacuzzi that is out of order.

One member of staff was particularly helpful and when I asked if they did laundry she took it from me and she did it herself, and returned quickly and didn't charge me.
I couldn't believe that in this town, car parking was generally free, but the hotel wanted 20 Euros per day so we parked on the street. The hotel car park was empty most of the time we were there and it seemed petty not to let us park on site.
We thought the radiators didn't work and our room was very cold, we were leant a portable heater which helped a bit but having a shower was quick the bathroom was so cold. There were very few people in the hotel until our last day when several more people arrived and all the radiators then came on. On check out I was asked if all was ok and I said it was cold and the answer was 'what do you expect, its an old house?'
The restaurant was only open one of the 4 nights we were there and the food was awful, the soup tasted like melted 'nutella', thick, luke warm and congealed.

Lovely boutique hotel. Very comfortable bed, excellent linen. Bathroom, a little tired but perfectly acceptable.
Dinner was superb; charming service, great food and good local wines. Breakfast was also lovely.
Small mistake on our pre-reserved parking space, but no drama.

Everything was fantastic! Breakfast choice was excellent with eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries etc. The room was huge as was the bathroom. There is limited seating around the pool and sun exposure but the place is so peaceful. The restaurant food was delicious although there was not a lot of choice. The thing that really made the difference was the staff who was just wonderful, discreet but helpful and always with a smile. We loved our stay.

In general it’s pretty nice and clean hotel, friendly staff
I forgot my white gold custom made earrings on the silver plate that was under the lamp on the bed side table. We called the hotel just few hours after but they didn’t find them. That’s a total shame for the hotel. The owner said she trusts her cleaning staff.. That’s not a nice answer to hear. We are very disappointed! Be careful to not to forget nothing in this hotel…

The room was spacious and very clean, nice design and the kids were happy to have a little corner of their own.
I highly recommend the dinner, the atmosphere in the garden is super relaxing and the food was amazing.
For breakfast I would prefer to have more options, for 2 days is ok but for a longer stay I would need something more.

We have traveled to La Regalido for the third time because the experience is exceptional! Wonderful Villa with a nice garden and pool and beautifully furnished rooms. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast and dinner is superb.

The hotel is beautiful, secluded but close to the Main Street and amenities and restaurants etc. A beautiful pool and beautiful rustic decor.
I feel it’s standard to have some complimentary water in your room - if not each day at the very least on the day of arrival. I haven’t experienced anything different before. This wasn’t the case and not all rooms had mini bars. Also, no jug of water offered or available when ordering food from the hotel kitchen for breakfast/lunch or dinner. In our 4 day experience, the majority of the staff that we interacted with were very polite and accommodating, certain French speaking staff members were less pleasant and polite.

There was an excellent breakfast, served to the table in the gardens. We also very much enjoyed the hotel restaurant, delicious fresh food which changed daily.
The pool is very small but we realise that this is limited by the size of the gardens and the historical nature of the property, this did not detract from our stay.
