Great location, and value.
Rooms are a little dated, needs to be updated.

Very nice location, possibility to get to the beach in 2 mins. Rooms outdated that would require renovation, poor quality mattresses , staff nice
The rooms are outdated, they do require renovation, the bathroom is very small and the mattresses are of poor quality and not comfortable at all

The territory of the hotel is literally a park with pines, squirrels, seagulls.. awesome!
The pebble beaches are clean. At least 2 of them are good for small children.
The good selection of varied food at the restaurant, delicious. At dinner drinks are charged extra.
There’s also some activity for children, kids club, evening disco.
In our room (0 floor, room with terrace with sea view) in the bathroom sometimes there was an unpleasant smell of sewage.

I liked the location, the quietness (day and night), the closeness of the sea to the rooms, so many and beautiful trees all around. I liked the food because of so many varieties of dishes especially local dishes that I discovered and tasted them with great pleasure. I was disappointed to see pizzas; I would rather preferred and enjoyed another local specialty than to see pizzas. I liked the fact that the staff were almost invisible but very present when needed. No doubt, I will come back for sure.
I also liked the pillows when sleeping. They were perfect. I did not feel any pain when waking up in the morning, contrary to other hotels!!
I did not like to see pizzas in the dinner; I would very much prefer to see a local dish than pizzas!!!
I would suggest to try to renovate the rooms. I visited Croatia several times in the eighties of the twentieth century with my parents when I was still a kid and the rooms remind me of that period. Just a few and small changes would be very welcome; for example, to replace the carpets with LVTs, will definitely give a modern look to the rooms.

Very bad old and noisy room with bad smell

The hotel has a nice, rocky beach.
As we arrived, we didn't immediately got a "superior room with sea view with 2 separate beds" - the kind of room, I had booked months before. They gave us 2 choices: the first one was a bigger kind of room without sea view. That room had also a musty smell. The other room was a small one with one small double bed (about 140 cm). They said, that I can choose between the two, the price would stay the same, no discount for worse kind of rooms. I told them, that this was unacceptable. After some discussion, we got a bigger room and the next day we had to move in the kind of room, that I had booked in the first place. After moving in, it became clear, that the air conditioning was not at all efficient (I guess they wanted to save on electricity). On maximum setting, the room temperature was about 26-27 Celsius (it was a central kind of unit). As I checked out, I wanted to pay in Euro, because I had booked the accommodation in Euro. They said, that if I pay with a card, I can only pay in Kuna, but if I pay in cash, I could pay in Euro. I find that strange. The price, I paid in Kuna with a card, was higher than the actual exchange rate (I paid about 10 Euro more that way + the price my bank got, about another 10 Euro) - It is a minor issue, but it also shows how this hotel operates. The food was not the best, it was not bad, but also not good. All in all, I would suggest to book a hotel room elsewhere, and not in the vicinity, because all the hotels belong to the same group.

Breakfast was wonderful. Beach is great. Location is the best value.
Facilities could be renovated in mofern style. For example, bathroom looks like it was renovated in 1980s.

the property is beautiful and well kept
the strong sewer odor from the bathroom made showering very unpleasant

The scenery is great. Great food. Great for tue families. A lot of children animation.
There isnt a good beach for the small children(not swimmers) age under 5. Because of sea entrance. Few barely good spots.

Great location
Too small room with outdated furniture. We had ants in the hallway. No wonder considering the old carpet in the room. The room smelled stale. The bathroom is very small and did not have a flusher. So we heard whenever someone from the other rooms was on the toilet, terribly loud and annoying. Accommodation would be rated at most 3 stars.

Great location, staff was kind and friendly.
Millipede in our tiny room, balcony was not cleaned at all. Small room, food was average. Definitely money not well spent.

The hotel and the staff was wonderfull. It's a little bit outdated, but still fine. There was a lack of electrical sockets (the room only had one), so I had a little bit of a problem while I was working, but my Laptop's battery is stile quite new, so I managed. The room is not suitable for allergy sufferers, because of the floors and linen containing mites, from which my partner suffers, but it was OK for me :)
Old rooms, tapestries, not suitable for business trips, but otherwise it was OK.
