Fantastic location - close to restaurants, shops, St Stephen's Cathedral and main square. Not far from the tourist info office, Hofburg Palace is only an 8 minute walk away and the larger palace a short uber journey away. Also close to the metros. Out of other people in Vienna I met, I don't think you can get any closer, especially for such value for money considering the location. Check in after midday was easy, I was a little nervous but I got the Whatsapp instructions the day before and any question I had late in the evening or before my flight in the morning was answered within seconds - no exaggeration. I was able to get the key out of the key box and the instructional videos were exactly what I needed, the visuals helped. I didn't actually see the staff during my stay as I was doing day trips out that departed at 730 each day - so thank you for being so responsive, we live in a remote working world and perhaps will be the future one day! I felt like if I had any challenges they would have been there or come out to help no problem. Pillows were comfortable and nice big roomy bathroom. Safe in room to keep your things in, and wardrobes. Good hairdryer in bathroom, no need to bring your own. Kettle, cups and tea in room. Nice table at the end of the bed so suitable for working if you aren't on holiday. Feels very secure with the key safes, closed doors and key fob access to the hotel and feels more homely & personal than like a hotel, which as a female traveller travelling solo was a really nice feel. Rooms are very true to photos.

Towels could do with a refresh, going a little hard. The key safe to retrieve the key is a little high if you're 5ft2 or under, I had to stand on my toes :-)

Struttura un po’ fatiscente, e la colazione la toglierei, è come se non l’avessero.

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum, um die Ecke der Stephansdom. Wir waren mit der Bahn vom Bundesland Sachsen in Deutschland angereist. Am Bahnhof haben wir uns gleich das 72-Stunden-Ticket für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder zum Preis von 85 € gekauft, was bis zum 2.1. gültig war und mit dem man U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus den ganzen Tag fahren kann. Das ist auch eine Variante, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist: Gepäck abladen, mit dem Auto irgendwo außerhalb Wiens parken und dann mit dem Ticket zurückfahren. Ein Parkticket kostet sonst bis 30 € pro Tag. So waren im Jahr 2019 schon 120 Euro weg. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und vielfältig. Es gab Semmeln, verschiedene Brotaufstriche, Käse, Wurst, Müsli und gekochte Eier. Wen das Frühstück im Zimmer nicht stört, kann hier bedenkenlos buchen. Es fühlt sich aber irgendwie anders an. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Das eher schlechte Zwei-Mann-Bett in der Stube lässt sich zur Couch umklappen, so dass wir den Silvesterabend alle zusammen beim Würfelspiel und Fernsehen verbringen konnten.

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Bei der Ankunft habe ich erstmal die Schübe in der Küche ausgewischt, welche voller Krümel waren. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es unter dem Bett riesige Wollmäuse. Eigentlich gibt es auch Reinigungswerkzeuge, mit denen man dort untendrunter kommt! Im Bad fand sich in beiden Apartments kein Badewannenstöpsel, obwohl die Zimmer mit Badewanne angepriesen werden. Das Bett in der Stube im Deluxe Apartment ist nicht sehr komfortabel und hat schon ein paar Jahre hinter sich - Streben sind am Rand gebrochen, es gibt dadurch scharfe Kanten. Das Apartment hat nur Innenhof-Blick. Es kommt sehr oft ein Küchengeruch ins Zimmer, weshalb die Fenster verschlossen blieben. Andererseits gaben im anderen Apartment mit Stadtblick die Pferdefuhrwerke eine nicht überhörbare, aber auszuhaltende Geräuschkulisse von sich.

Really great location, within walking distance to everything in the city center. We liked everything.

Pillows where too big😏

Location, the entrance and lift to the rooms, many eateries and shops nearby. I assume the husband and wife are the owners as they are especially courteous. Like the offering of sparkling 3 times a week

Breakfast can be improved by giving different types of cold cuts, cheeses, bread rolls or pastries. Everyday its the same especially when you stay for 5 nights. The part timers who are young girls are not courteous are not pro active and has an unfriendly tone which does not appeal to guests. The coffee machine can be on whole day as in the room there were n o coffee offered only tea bags were given.

Excellent location!

Location is central and very near StephanPlatz. Breakfast is basic but with the things you need. They don't have dining room, thats why you need have your breakfast in your room. The elevator is quite amazing and Wifi was wroking okay. If you want a place in the city centre and use your room just to sleep then this could be an option.

The TV didn't work and the courtyard view was of a building on all sides. Nothing could be flushed down the toilet due to old historical pipes. You must place toilet paper in the waste basket. Signs warn you of a 200EU fine if toilet is clogged!
