Wonderful breakfast spread with very helpful, good-natured and attentive serving staff quick to replenish items as necessary. Room was modern with just a few things needing a little attention, such as rough corners of floor skirting. Lovely view and so conveniently located for pleasantly walking to nearby garden and palace island of Mainau. Restaurant offered excellent evening meals and waiters were first class - with a dry sense of humour. We felt right at ease - with other guests largely of our own age. A great place to stay for a few leisurely days.

it was a ways from Constance but there is hourly buses and hotel gives you a free bus pass

Good location, 10 minute drive to the city of Konstanz and at walking distance to Mainau island and a lake beach. Good breakfast and plenty of parking spaces available. Speedy check-in and checkout and super friendly staff.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The massage was expensive but worth it. Directly in front of the hotel is a bus stop, so you will reach the city centre easily in ca. 25 minutes.

The bed was personally for me uncomfortable. The towels need to be changed ASAP! The breakfast was scarce but enjoyable. If you want some personal space, it won't be there. The cleaning lady starts with her loud job at around 8 o'clock, so you won't be able to sleep any longer. The rooms are tiny, the bed stands almost at the door, so you hear everything what's happening on the floor. Once she just stormed into the room, where I stand only in my slippers at 9 o'clock.

Good location for day trips around the region. Room very modern and well equipped. Good breakfast.
