very clear rooms, good breakfast, girls working on reception (may be owners, I don't know) is very-very polite and cheerful.

a lot of noise-soundproofing is not so good. so we had hear sounds our neighbors children.

Personnel was great and lovely. It has its own parking and we had no problem. They reserved the same space during our stay. Breakfast is also another plus.

The locațiune situated near the beach. The food was great. The reception girls/lady were nice and helpfull.

There was no fridge in the rooms.

I have a nice and pleasant stay at this property. The staff is amazing. Everybody is nice, helpful and kind. Top. The hotel itself has a good location, close to the airport and almost near the beach. It's not the most modern and nice one but based on the price the one can't expect that. The room is small but enough space, with a small bathroom. In the bathroom there was all the amenities which is necessary. AC and a small balcony. The breakfast was good and more than enough with a lots of options. The bar is cheap, good for grabbing a coffee or drink. Perfect value.

Basically everything was good. The beds could be a bit more comfortable though.

Building is a bit old.

Rooms were nice and clean, air con was much needed, breakfast was lovely, great choice and delicious cakes. Good value beer from the bar, safe in the room for valuables.

Good location in the centre of all things happening. The staff was friendly and helpful, parking place as part of the hotel amenities was great; diverse and rich breakfast.

Small hotel right next to the beach and in a walking distance from the airport. Basic amenities at a great price. For those who don’t require luxury, it’s just a good place to stay overnight. Easy access by bus to the center of Rimini. Friendly staff. Normal room and balcony, spacious shower and toilet.

Very friendly staff and they served us whenever we needed. Having a baby we asked for a kettle (it was not included in the existing equipment in the room) and they immediately offered us one. Compared to other hotels, this wonderful hotel also has a fairly large internal parking lot, which is great to know your car is safe. The location is exceptional.

We brought some food from the room for breakfast, we gathered and prepared the tray (gathering all the dirt) to be taken and returned to the kitchen. Unfortunately, the tray with dirt was left in the room, and the crumbs on the bed cover were not cleaned even if the bed was made. I recommend that in the family rooms with small children to wipe under the beds (most of the time children listen there and "come back" full of dust and dirt).
