Overall, it was a great condo. Good WiFi, clean, comfortable beds, full kitchen. The owner provided a bunch of great recommendations for car rental, grocery store, restaurants, things to do, and nearby scuba company. We vaccinated over Christmas and loved it down there. Super happy with how responsive he was and how nice the property was.

The condo was immaculate and beautiful. However, it was very hot and uncomfortable as we could not get the condo temperature below 82. The pool was a long hike, some steps were steps and rocky. We were very isolated had o go everywhere by car. Beautiful place but not really walking accessible to restaurants, grocery or beach. On first day, the water had a terrible smell of rotten eggs. It eventually subsides Disappointed and will not return.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean with a good location if you have a car.
If it were my rental, I would supply some kitchen cooking spices, some easy to to carry beach chairs but over all the place was good.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We felt very safe since it's a private community and the property was beautiful. The kids loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. When the ocean was calm we were able to do some great snorkeling in the Keyhole. The waterfalls weren't working so that was the only thing that we were a little disappointed about, but the pool was still very clean and fun to be in. The owner and property management company were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

The beds were so comfortable, could of been the sun and alcohol, but I slept great every night. I don’t think the location could be beat it was awesome. West Bay beach is a wonderful walk down a quiet, secluded jungle road and took no more than 5 - 7 minutes. From there a beach trek of perhaps another 5 minutes, placed our family at an incredible snorkeling location right before the Grand Roatan. Breakfast venues, if so inclined, were a mere 5 minute walk from the condo. There was also a convenient small grocery store and pharmacy nearby.
The people of Roatan were very hospitable, and quiet. We found everyone friendly and caring. Our youngest son (15 years old) is an avid guitar player, and was invited to various music venues to enjoy the island sounds. The nightly thunder storms provided their own form of music, and cleared out the air. The temperature range was perfect, never too hot or uncomfortable.
Peggy is available quickly, for guidance or help. She is onsite, though in a separate home, and provided local connections and recommendations. Ernesto also was available for quick tourist information or transport options.
Overall, we would strongly recommend this venue for someone seeking solitude, with easy access to several food / entertainment options and world class snorkeling. I am sure that we will return to Roatan.

I loved sitting on the balcony every morning drinking coffee and taking in the views. Like others have already said the pool at this place is unbelievable, pictures really don’t do it justice and most of the trip we had it all to ourselves.
Another plus was working with Ginger & Peggy. I booked the condo very last minute and everything went so smoothly. Peggy is great to have onsite as she is so helpful and responsive with any questions you might have.
We loved everything about our trip to Roatan and would definitely look to stay here again on future trips!

It has arched door way, well stocked kitchen and a great view in the "private" large balcony which spans the entire length of the condo. We never used the spare master bedroom/bath since there were just the two of us but it was almost as big as the main master bedroom/bath. The condo was very quiet and there were flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and in the family room area.
We had stayed at Infinity Bay for a week prior to traveling the 5 minutes to get to Keyhole and we looked forward to a quiet setting - and this it was.
Peggy showed us around and never bothered us after that unless I contacted her - which was great. The only glitch we encountered was that the ice machine in the refrigerator would not dispense ice through the ice shoot. However, the machine still made ice so we were good. You will not be disappointed renting this condo.

The perfect place to stay!
I just got off the plane from our trip to Roatan and I can't say enough about how amazing it was! The Condo is absolutely stunning from the massive kitchen that is equipped with everything you could need to the huge showers and beautiful grounds, this condo has it all. We loved the pool and the location, a quick walk to West Bay but far enough away to feel the tranquil beauty of this great island. The deck is the perfect place for morning coffee and evening drinks.
We stayed with another couple so having 2 master bedrooms was the ideal setting. Peggy was fantastic and answered all my questions in a matter of minutes from when I emailed her and we absolutely loved Ernesto, a great friend to have and trust to get you around! I hope you find paradise in Roatan like we did!!

the pool/beach area really nice also, practically had the area to ourselves! the walk to West Bay Beach
for restaurants/bars was easy too, all though way back for the "short cut" is up a bit of a hill and dark
if you do it at night just bring a flashlight! Peggy, the manager arranged a pick up for us at the airport and
we had no problems at all including the stop at the grocery store!! Nothing negative to say cant wait to come
back! loved the island and the condo! the owner and manager were always helpful and informative!

Awesome - Private Resort
First of all the island is awesome and this is a wonderful place to call home for your vacation. We are a family with 2 teenagers. The actual home is beautiful. Zero complaints. The manager and security were extremely friendly and helpful on a number of occasions.
The island essentially has 2 sides. The cool breeze side, which is where this condo is located, and the calm side. Sitting outside on the porch with the breeze made even a hot day incredibly nice. THE POOL IS exactly like the picture (beautiful). Every review has said it felt like we were the only ones there. I totally agree. For our family, we like a quieter home base to relax and then we can drive/walk to more crowded locations.
Ok, speaking of walking. I would recommend getting a car because there are some restaurants that are NOT on the beach that we drove to. However, you can absolutely walk (10min) to the beach on the west side of the island with no problem. There are numerous restaurants on the beach.

Snorkeling - Best I have ever been too that was so accessable directly off beach. AWESOME!!!!
Private boat ride - $150 - rented boat and driver for 3-4hrs of exploring with snorkeling

Gorgeous Condo!!
I was very impressed all around, not disappointed one bit! The workmanship and quality of the condo and estate was beautiful. Loved the private beach and infinity pool that look liked it spilled into the ocean. The manager of the condos was very helpful and the security guards were very friendly!! The condo was priced amazingly!!! I will definitely be coming back here and recommending to all friends and family. Hope to be back soon :)

Excellent!!!
We had an amazing trip in Roatan. The condo was luxurious, clean, comfortable. We were blown away by how nice it was. Everything from the bedding to the silverware. The location is close enough to the beach to walk, yet far enough to be very private. Didn't have a crowded resort feel whatsoever. The pool area is massive with natural rock waterfalls, and an infinity edge that looks over the beach entrance of the "keyhole". We were the only group at the pool practically every day. As far as restaurants, we didn't have one bad meal the whole trip. For scuba diving I would highly recommend Anemona Divers. They had a top notch outfit as well, with excellent owners, dive masters, and captain. I hope to be back sooner than later!

We have just returned from our 10day rental at this wonderful condo that we were quick to call our home while we were there. We had just arrived after spending a week in Utila and the amenities were very much appreciated. We spent many hours down on the sand at the entrance to the ocean which was like having our very own private area. We loved it. We did all our meals right at the condo and even rigged up a grill!!!! The experience of Roatan was amazing .....Peggy was so much help!!!! Thanks again for all you did for us!!! Even organizing a wonderful catamaran trip with Salty Dog Sailing!!! We always say we don't go back to the same place twice but this one makes me ache to go back again next year and do it all over again. Thank-You for sharing your home with us...All that your condo offers is everything you could possibly need.

Wonderful, beautiful, relaxing, and super friendly
Okay, the obvious stuff first. The condo is just beautiful. A Mediterranean flare with porches, ocean views of both the East and West sides of the island. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. The condo was clean, very comfortable beds, There was just nothing about it that we didn't like. We have been to several of the Caribbean islands and stayed in several condos and this is as nice as it gets. Ginger and Larry were great and Peggy in Roatan was a great host and help. The other people staying there, some owners and some guests like us, were amazingly friendly and they all offered to help us if we needed anything or wanted recommendations on where to eat or what to do, we literally spent hours talking to them at the pool.
Roatan itself didn't disappoint either. Great scuba diving, more friendly people, actually the snorkeling right in Keyhole Bay was better than anything else on the Island as far as I was concerned but I didn't dive at that spot. The food was good but on TripAdvisor everybody seemed to give every restaurant and burger joint a five star rating and I give very few five stars to restaurants unless they are truly exceptional. I would have handed out a lot of fours but no fives.
Four of us stayed in the condo and it was just the right size by the way. We will be back.

Wonderful place to stay!
Keyhole Bay was a wonderful place to stay! This condo in particular was very spacious, with each room having their own attached bathroom. We were greeted as soon as we arrive by Peggy who familiarized us with the area. The whole place was very tidy and we always felt very secure.
The property itself is gorgeous and those working there were very friendly and helpful. The pool and beach area are perfect for relaxing and we very often had them all to ourselves. Additionally, it is a short 5-10 minute walk down to West Bay beach. We walked during the day and at night a couple times and the only real safety hazard we were worried about was avoiding potholes while walking in the dark (we forgot a flashlight!).
Overall, we had a great stay! Would definitely come back again!

Beautiful Condo and Property
Beautiful spacious condo on one of the nicest properties in West Bay, overlooking the ocean, offering exquisite views of both sides of the island. The condo itself is beautiful, spacious, has a master bed/bath that wants for nothing and a second bed/bath that is perfect as well. There's a well equipped kitchen, which we used to cook, and a perfect four top high table on the patio to watch the occasional passing passenger ship or the water taxi, and to look at the ocean views. You can go down the hill to West Bay village in the early morning and grab the fresh fish from a local boat for incredibly reasonable prices!
However, the piece de resistance is the pool area complete with the small very private beach, seen in the owners pics. It's not large, but it's picturesque, with the iguanas as your sunbathing compadres - from a safe distance - so no worries! Cacti and flowers abound, the pool water warm and inviting; it all adds up to a relaxing experience that far surpasses the tourist scene in West Bay.
Both the owners & property manager Peggy are wonderful. Peggy lives on the property and knows the island so expect some great insights. As an experienced visitor to the Caribbean, I have experienced some disappointment when you arrive at a property and it doesn't match your expectations. This condo, and the property, will exceed your expectations! I highly recommend it!

Beautiful and relaxing
Ginger was wonderful to deal with and the onsite property manager Peggy was a great resource. The condo was beautiful and has everything you can need/want including noodles for the pool (a big hit with my son). The pool in the complex was very relaxing and tranquil. Walking down the hill to West Bay wasn't bad but, it was definitely worth the money to take a taxi home. We had a wonderful time in Roatan - diving, snorkeling, ziplining and just hanging out at the pool or beach. It was everything we wanted for a week away from the cold northeast.

Great family location
This was the perfect place for our family of 5. The accommodations were very clean with enough room for all of us. It is the perfect location to do it all. You also can't beat the pool and private beach for the busy cruise days. Can't think of a better place to relax than right here.
