Male Receptionist on our arrival was rude and impolite.

כשהגעתי למלון האיש צוות התנהג בצורה בוטה על כך שהיה חסר לי סנט 1 בתשלום למרות שהבטחתי לו שאצא ואביא לו התעקש שאפתח שטר של חמישים יורו בעבור סנט אחד ונתן תחושה מאוד לא נעימה מלבדו הצוות טוב האיש בקבלה התנהג בצורה מאוד לא מכבדת ומקצועית.

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Βρίσκετσι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο με πρόσβαση σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες. Είναι καθαρό και το προσωπικό είναι πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό Το πρόγευμα είναι ικανοποιητικό.

Το μόνο που παρατήρησα είναι στο μπάνιο το τηλέφωνο της ντουζιέρας και το σπιράλ καλώδιο πώς είναι αρκετά παλιά και χρειάζονται αλλαγή

Overall, great hotel, however, something like a vending area with bottled water, soda, or small snacks would be a great addition, to help weary travelers avoid late-night trips to find a local convenience store after arriving after a long journey.

Excellent location and excellent staff. The rooms are clean and everything was perfect. Breakfast is ok and offers a different range of products. Highly recommended for a central stay in Athens. All tours pick you up from the hotel too. From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the Acropolis.

Nothing to add as everything was just excellent

L'emplacement, tout proche de la place Sygtagma. Vous pouvez quasi tout faire à pied depuis votre hôtel. Personnel accueillant surtout les dames de ménages.

Le petit déjeuner. Pas de choix, trop de monde, pas assez de tables.

The Hotel is in a very good location, close the the Acropolis and Syntagma Square. It's perfect for the Airport bus and Metro, and also great for the restaurants, bars and shops of Plaka and Monastiraki. The staff were good and the rooms were clean. Because I left early to go to the Airport, they offered me a Breakfast box for the morning which was a nice gesture.

The bathroom was very small, the door was huge and it needed a "bifold door fitting" .... More road noise than I expected The beds were not comfortable

I really loved the location. Everything is close, easy to travel by train, or bus. The room was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I could not really open my window, because I could hear the sound of the equipment, such as the main heating and cooling equipment was just right above my window. The breakfast was a bit boring, and also I could not take the food for myself.

Staff friendly and breakfast was good.

Towels were old, thin and some were torn and had holes in them. Hotel needs updating.

Die zentrale Lage eignet sich sehr gut, die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Gutes Frühstück, hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Bezahlung gleich bei Ankunft ist ein bißchen lästig.
