Breakfast-as always-very good, pool was closed as cloudy, my son's room had bedbugs..

My wife, son and I rented 2 rooms but my son was badly bitten by bed bugs in his room, Management called the doctor to examine him, and the doctor prescribed some cream from the pharmacist. We were refunded the cost by the Manager & my son was given another room - but - an unpleasant experience as he was quite badly bitten all over. We have been coming here for 27 years and is our favourite hotel in Davao..We asked the Manager for a refund of the room cost up to when the room was changed - but heard nothing. When we checked out we asked the receptionist if the Manager had issued a refund from the infected room off our bill - but he was rather vague about the situation..we could'nt wait long as our taxi was waiting so we paid the full cost..I would like to receive a note from Management that on our next visit to The Waterfront they offer us a free week to continue our long & happy relationship with the hotel..

필리핀 다바오는 처음이라 비교하기는 어렵고 건물보다 정원이 어마어마하게 넓었고 어른들은 오전에 골프치고 아이들은 수영을하며 보냈습니다. 딱 필리핀스러운 숙소였고 정원이 상당히 아름다웠습니다. 너무 현대적인것보다는 더 좋았습니다.

조식뷔페가 생각보다 먹을것이 없었는데 아이들은 잘 먹었고 샤워부스가 높이가 낮고 침대도 싸이즈가 작아서 필리핀 사람기준으로 만들어졌다는 생각이 들었습니다. 그래도 편안하게 잘 보내다 왔습니다. 호텔 외벽에는 도마뱀도 붙어있어서 동남아에 왔다는 확실한 느낌이 들었습니다.

Rooms were large, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the huge coconut tree gardens and beach front were beautiful. Makes you forget you’re in the city!!

No elevators, no instructions provided on how to use the air conditioner, and a fairly old place, so some old stains, old furniture, and old furnishing.

I like the ambiance inside the vicinity like the coconut trees and other trees and plants, serenity of the grounds, the seashore where you can have a little walk along the beach. The staffs are friendly.

The hotel is some kind old and I thought they upgraded the rooms already, or somehow refurbished the rooms. No good internet wifi connection, because it is for all. The rooms are old, it's like I am staying in a lower grade hotel. Expectations versus Reality.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience that I feel I should share with you. Firstly, on arrival the check-in process was slow and disorganized, the lobby was muggy and had no AC while waiting to be checked in. Secondly, when I entered the room, I immediately noticed that it was not cleaned thoroughly and the AC was inoperable. The room didn't meet basic comfort standards, which was not only uncomfortable but also unacceptable. We were immediately transferred to a different room with a working AC. However, the bathroom water pressure was subpar and could not take a proper shower. Lastly, the facility is in dire needs of an upgrade compared to current standards. The swimming pool was filthy and had no water filter. Stray cats were all over the facility. The fitness center had little to no equipment. The toilet in the fitness center had a missing toilet seat. Cold water was not available and the air conditioning was inoperable. I was disappointed by the overall condition of the hotel. I expected a better experience from a hotel that I had heard good things about. I would appreciate it if you could investigate these issues and provide me an explanation and solution.
