Location
The guy who cleans the pool yelled at me. This behavior is unacceptable! Isolation is very bad, you can hear your neighbors, so if you are not lucky as me you won't get any sleep. I told them they must change my room and they wanted to charge me but I didn't allow it! I'm not paying for a hotel and not be able to sleep. They gave me another room but gave me just 1 towel, as they move it from another room. The reason they asked me to pay more is because they already paid for the cleaning or the sheets so they comprised by moving sheets and towels I used to another room. I asked for another towel but they never gave it to me.

Hotel was very clean, and rooms were comfortable and getting cleaned everyday, pool was nice, and the location is excellent. The breakfast is decent.

Staff were friendly, not too far from the beach. Food options are relatively close.
Clean the room properly, remove rubbish from under the beds. Also, a room for three people should have 3 balcony chairs.

Great price for the location. The woman checking me in was very welcoming and helpful. The room was relatively clean (aside from cigarette smell). The included breakfast has a nice selection of choices.
My room smelled of cigarettes the second I walked in even though it’s supposed to be non smoking. The woman at the front desk had housekeeping go in to check it out and spray. Still smelled but was much better once I aired it out.

Thanks to Booking.com customers service we could cancel this horrible visit in this hotell. But we still payed for first 2 nights....
We payed for breakfast and dinner buffet but since this hotell did not have 30 guests who payed for the food, then we did not get any buffet. Instead of buffet we get super poor quality meal. Sallad with one chichen leg....
Guess what? Because they had not so much guests, we could not even use the pool and the gym.... It is a shame that we have to suffer for that even though we payed for this facility.
Mean chef in this reception and totally lied to us when we showed his our booking and the standards were described in the booking appointment.
Never never book your trip in this place!

Terrible internet, housekeepers scream in the morning, open doors without knocking, very dirty pool area.

The staff were helpful.
There were teenagers running wild after midnight. Shouting, banging doors, filling the lifts up with more than 6 people.
