Good place near in everything

The hotel offers a very good breakfast. With the breakfast we were full till the dinner and spent entire days at the beach. Location is just perfect - just 100 meters from the beach line, but at the same time at some distance from the main road (which goes along the coast). Our tripple room was clean and had a wardrode that could fit more than enough for a family with a kid to stay for a couple of weeks. There was a safe in the wardrobe which is handy.
The bed was a bit short to me (I am 191cm tall). Due to this I did not sleep well enough. The AC seems to have not been working, but with an open door to balcony it was not hot in the room at night. The garage at the -1 floor is very tiny and you have to sweat a bit to park your small car (a big car can be parked at the front yard of the hotel if there's a spot - you better call to the administration in advance to try to arrange this).

Breakfast is limited -- mostly bakery -- but it is fresh and tasty.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It’s a walking distance to the beach and also from grocery store and restaurants and train station..The staff also are very nice and approachable especially the man who opened us when we came back very late.

Effective. Clean rooms and common space. Good breakfast.
Elevator and stairs are not comfortable. Parking is an adventure as in many places in Liguria.

Location is great, and having the free parking is a big plus. The staff was very friendly, we even did a super late check in without any issues
The place is very old and feels as such. The bathroom in particular should be better. A functioning hairdryer would be a bonus.

Second time I've stayed her, warm friendly and comfortably. Evening meals were excellent.
Will be booking again for my next visit to Varazze.
Could have done with coffee making facilities in the room.
