En primer lugar, nos asignaron una habitación al lado del salón principal en donde había un casamiento. Tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran la habitación, ya que necesitábamos descansar pues teníamos que seguir viaje al día siguiente. En esta ocasión, el personal de recepción se comportó muy bien y nos solucionó el problema con amabilidad.
Para mi sorpresa, al hacer el check out, me cobraron extra por el estacionamiento, a un valor muy por encima del valor de plaza. Yo contraté el hotel única y exclusivamente porque se promociona con cochera, y en ningún lado dice que la cochera tiene un valor adicional. El personal de recepción, con un tono poco amigable, me respondió que esa falta de información es culpa de Booking y no de ellos. Pareciera que booking es quien toma fotos del hotel y publica toda la información del establecimiento. Tuvieron que mostrarme un mensaje que me habrían respondido vía Booking, posterior al pago del total de la reserva, en el que se me indicaba en un ítem perdido que el parking tenía costo adicional.
Quedé disconforme con el trato.

Everything with our stay was great. The restaurant shared the same kitchen as Sibaris so the food was awesome. Very good location and will stay again.

The whole place is well run with attentive staff and a vibrant feel.
The decor throughout the communal areas are beautiful but this doesn’t extend to the bedrooms. Our room was on the austere side of minimalist with no where to put clothes or personal items. Some drawers or shelves would’ve been welcome.

The location it is very close to the walk only area of Cordoba. All is close to a walking distance. The room is very welcoming and clean plenty of power outlet tv channel and all the amenity of a 4 star hotel

the hotel is beautiful, clean, beds and bedding extremely comfortable
the air conditioner didn’t work at all. no matter what it stay hot and was uncomfortable to be in the room without opening the windows

The hotel staff was incredible, Nicholas, Gabriel, Franco and everybody at the front desk, also the security staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, we were able to walk around the city, and the most important we were safe. The restaurant was espectacular.
We were concerned about the bathtub for not very young people.

Modern hotel in a good location. Room was clean and comfortable.
Check in process was awful. Was told room wasn’t paid for despite being charged and invoiced the day before. Room wasn’t ready an hour after check in time, was promised it would be ready twenty minutes later and still wasn’t ready an hour after that. Ended up with a twin room and promised beds would be put together which didn’t happen whilst I was out.

Breakfast: The quality ok, that is valid also for the restaurant.
Location: Central and roundabout offers some other restaurants and shops.
Breakfast: it would be fine to have more choice of fruits and cereals, also different kind of milk.
Room: There is no connection to american and/or standards of energy / carpet nowadays is not a helthy standard.
