The property ground was beautiful

Really relaxing place right on the waterfront with beautifully kept grounds and a superb pool

First return visit after Covid and not disappointed. Food options close to the Hotel and all great. Small businesses close for your daily needs. Staff are wonderful!

Stairs to our room... Hahahaha, when you are getting older it's a little harder but worth the effort.

The fishing trip was not worth the money(did not catch anything worth while). Snorkeling trip arranged by the hotel, staff did not speak any English so no safety instructions etc. Equipment did not work well on the kids. Hotel restaurant food over priced for amount of food. Hamburger patty the size of a coin. Left hungry

The room was quite old but still well-maintained. All of the staff were friendly as well.

The resort is a little bit from the Amed center. On walking distance you can find a laundry service and some restaurants. The have a own restaurant witch is good en looks out over the Sea. Across the street you find a supermarket. The rooms a nice and clean. Every day somebody came to make up the room. The pool is nice and gives a view over the ocean.

There are bed around the pool but the cussing are used for massage so it's fine on the bed but it could be better.

Beautiful property, much bigger than I expected from the photos. A lovely pool and restaurant with very nice and helpful staff.

nice and quiet, shade around the nice pool. staff is help-full and friendly. the view from the restaurant is nice and the food good, a good espresso machine would be a welcome addition.

the floors in the bathroom are a bit to rough so the are hard to clean.

Just to be clear, the diving center isn’t in the hotel but they do pick you up from the hotel to a 10min drive to the diving center

We liked the larger pool, the staff were friendly and location is peaceful. We liked that many people there were people who had stayed before. The bathroom is very large and outside. We liked that they replaced the air conditioner in our room immediately when we had problems. This place had the best WiFi.

We did not like the fact that the TV was small and so far away from the bed we couldn't use it. No seating area in the room to lounge, chairs were hard and no cushions. Bathroom could have used a better shower head.

Friendliness of the staff

The location near a beach to swim and watch the sunset.

No wifi and the room smelled like smoke because someone was burning garbage beside our room. There's no cctv in the parking lot our car was scratched by someone but we couldn't find out who did it.

The property was beautiful and very clean. The pool and restaurant were situated on the beach and were very nice. The food was excellent with fresh fish every day. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the majority spoke English very well. They always had a smile on their face. The room was large and quite with very good a/c. There was a 24/7 security.

It was a 2.5-3 hr drive from the airport (although it was only 71km). The village surrounding the resort was very poor with little to do outside of the resorts walls. The beach was rocky and needed to be cleaned up significantly. The resort personnel cleaned in front of their portion but the rest was not nice.

A few things need were a bit run down, overall the place is lovely.

The restaurant was okay just for a simple breakfast or simple Indonesian meals.
