Wonderful location with views across the resort (Arc1600) and valley. Large bedrooms and lounge/diner. Helpful staff at the front desk.
Kitchen very basic and nowhere really to use as workspace/food preparation. Oven would have been nice (but becoming rare even in self-catering properties). A little more furniture - eg some drawer space in the bedrooms - would also have helped.

Most photos are unrealistic and some photos are even taken from restaurants that are next door!!
Cleaning was not done when i arrived to the apartment. The beds in the apartment were not done and I was told to do them myself. Towels and bed lining was thrown onto the couch. The staff was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. When I asked the staff why I didn’t get the apartment that I booked, they laughed and mocked the fact that I was disappointed.
Funniest of all: was given an A4 inventory list and asked to report back to the reception within 24 hours, to tell them that everything is there…

Great location, right beside funicular & fairly level walk to the shop area. Good size of apartment for size of group.
High cleaning charge especially given we made & stripped the beds, collected & bagged all the linen & towels, emptied all the bins & washed all the kitchenware. Also had to provide our own cleaning materials.

The hotel had a perfect location right next to the Mont Blanc chairlift.
The staff is very friendly and the apartments are cosey and well equipped.
The building is a bit old and run down.
