Absolutely wonderful staff, excellent service, our room (heritage suite), beautiful gardens, great pool, good location- within easy walking distance to most attractions, good shuttle service.
We were not impressed with the food. We had dinner there once and it was mediocre. Breakfast selection was ok

The spacious property. Breakfast.
The pool tiles were slimy and had algae. The room key was tricky to work - kept sticking. The bed on 1 side would squeak for a couple times more after each turn of the body! Also the hotel was building/repairing the wall and I could see workers overlooking my outdoor bathtub!

The staff, especially in the restaurant
Cinema screen in next to pool and rooms which was very loud. Definitely not appropriate in a luxury resort.
