Breakfast is good and the restaurant of the hotel also serves good local dishes.

The hotel is listed as a 5star hotel, this does not reflect the reality and should be changed. The services are not the ones of a 5star hotel. The Wi-Fi quality was poor. Overall the hotel looks like a decadent one and would benefit from a refresh of the facility.

The Location was perfect Near to the Centre of the city 15min walk ...No loud noise as I read in other people's reviews the disco was closed ...people in reception were very kind and helpful. The room was very large and confortable .

air condition is not working they didn’t give me the same view I booked bad customer service, I ask for receipt they didn’t agree to give me this is wired. water cut during the day many times in the room not willing to go again

The staff was not flexible about the payment He refused to do the payment through booking. Ww haf a discussions with him he was rude, we asked for a room where there is no noise as we had a surgery me and my sister. About 11pm we woke up in a such noisy sound in our room music like disco we was soo tired to stand up and look where it comes from. After an hour i stand up from my bed and look over the window to find out that was a cabaret or disco on the roof top of the back side building. It was almost 12h30 am we thought it will finish unfortunately it stays until 3 morning and my sister flight was at 7 and me at 12 so bad night we ever had. The things is that the guy knew that this area is sounding why he gave it to us when we asked for a room where there is no sound so unprofessional.
