Great location and easy to get around the resort. The pool and common areas were fantastic.
Unfortunately service at the lobby wasn’t as easy or received as well when asking for help, organise airport transfers and trying to pay our final bill. I’m going to place a lot of this down to not understanding English as well.

The location is very good and is possible roaming around without take a transport. The property have a way to the beach and an amazing swimming pool. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Waste of money in all ways. Bad room condition. Hopeless service. No intercoms working. Very old and bad state of room furniture. Not even worth 2 star.

Close to the beach.
I don't think it has been maintained since I came last in 2011.There were cockroaches in the room.The food was being delivered to room after 1 hr.Pooe room service.There were no drinks in the pool bar.It was very average and the room price was overrated.

PRETTY BAD FACILITIES. REPAIR WORK WAS GOING ON IN NEXT ROOM. ROOM WAS CHANGED AND THERE ALSO GENERATOR WAS ON FOR 24 HOURS . VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Hotel / staff is hesitant to go an extra-mile to accommodate special request from guest.

First of all this is not a resort.It looks more like a boutique hotel. I had requested for modification in the dates 2 days before my travel date.It was not accepted by neither booking.com or Lemon tree.There is no one to express the concerns at the property. The room we stayed was not all as expected and we asked for a room change.We stayed for three nights and everyday they made some or other excuses till it was time for our checkout.The rooms are quite old and shabby.Even they couldn’t fix washroom exhaust or AC. The property needs a real quick makeover.Please don’t waste your money by staying in this property.You can easily find better properties around at a good deal.My experience was below average.

Lemon Tree Amarante is located near to the main beaches ,shopping hubs and restaurants.
The resort is maintained well and staff is very courteous.
We have been visiting this resort from about 10 years now and still remains our
favorite place to stay when we are in Goa every year.

Best breakfast on this trip. Menu changed every day and staff were only too willing to explain each dish. Best shower of the trip with lots of hot water.
Pool was a disappointment. It is only waist deep. Hotel does not offer early check-in. They insisted on full night price for a couple of hours early when room was clearly available. Non negotiable. List of complaints about the room (TV, AC, broken lock, safe locked out) took too long to rectify.

We had a heritage room and it was exceptional.

They charged Service Charge 12% upfront, we had to ask them to clear those.
Hotel charges were on higher side, considering it is not exactly a beachfront hotel.

The staff and service were great. Also, really enjoyed the pool.
There needs to be foot mats placed in the bathroom.
The a la Carte menu needs to be more elaborate especially on the sea food side
