The room was very well kept and clean. Staf was very helpful and friendly, no issues with speaking foreign languages either. Location of the hotel was amazing as well. All in all would reccomend.
The room was supposes to have 3 single beds, we got one singe and one double instead. It was a bit cramped and small, and the doors to the room were located weirdly, we had some issues with bigger suitcases. The location might've been a bit better as it was a noisy in our room at times. Wifi was free but had very bad signal,

Staff were accomodating and gave us a new room upon request. Some of the staff were nicer than others. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
We were put into the garden room initially, which was full of spiders (multiple in every corner of the room) and webs, and wasn't very clean. There were loose tiles on the bathroom floor, and it was very difficult to maneuver as the entrance, toilet, and shower rooms were all in a tiny corridor. We requested a new room because of all the spiders, and they did move us to a new room. This room was somewhat cleaner, though still spider webs in the celing corners (no spiders though). The TV didn't work, and the shower head was stuck at waist height. Staff were not very friendly, just quiet and kept to themselves. Overall, hotel is desperately in need of renovation. It is quite run down, which isn't displayed in the photos online. Not terrible, but would avoid if we came back to Prague.

The hotel was cozy, and clean, the staff was pleasant. Check-in is easy, the lady is very lovely and pleasant. Everything is fine except for the bathroom, but that depends on the individual :)
- We were probably unlucky, but it wasn't clean (dirty toilet and dust on the glasses), which is a detail.
- They have a kettle but they don't have mugs in the room but glasses, it doesn't make sense :), please change the glasses to mugs!
- in the bathroom, which is connected to the toilet, I was scared of the ceiling, yes the ceiling. It is made of some boards and I had the feeling that you could see through it. So for me, this is really annoying. When it was extinguished and I kept looking through the ceiling, he went to see the space. :/

wasn t very clean; broken items in the room (shower glass door not functioning correctly); water pressure in the bathroom was very weak; Room door not closing correctly; old hotel, needs renovation.

Value for money. Location is ok, you can go any attractions by bus or tram where there is a stop nearby.
Reception service is good.
Aircon in room is a advantage in summer hot days.
Toilet is quite small, door lock is not so secure.

The property is well located , very close to Andel metro and Tram station, kust 100 m. also the river and bridges are just 100 m on the other side. The reception is 24 hrs and very helpful. Breskfast was good too.
No english channels on TV though that didnt become an issue.

Everything was Great for us. What a amazing holiday ☺️. There are two woman persons at the reception and there is a man person at the breakfast part.espacially I want to thank you. You are best persons.you are helpful persons. Thank you for everything. Also hotel location is good. Subway Andel station 5 minutes and tram only 1 minute.wifi is not bad. Breakfast is enough for me. I hope that see you next time

It is situated at very good region. You can easily get on foot to all the historical monuments.
The staff speaks English and Russian. And all of them are very open and polite.
The breakfast was rather pleasant and tasty ( it was included ).
It was mentioned that the cleaning is done every 3rd day during your stay. It didn’t happen, unfortunately. Out trash basket had been full during the whole our stay ( 3.04-7.04, 4 nights).

it is located in center of town and you can reach all touristic points.
The walls too thin and during winter time the heaters were almost cold

The breakfast was nice, big variety and an unlimited amount of food.
The position was super good.
The room was big and warm.
The reception was available 24/24h.
In the room we had 2 separate beds, they were a bit uncomfortable.
The sheets on the bed were quite weird, they were 2 separate sheets, it seems like they just put those 2 beds together and that's it.
The shampoo in the shower finished and they forgot to fill it again.
