Perfect location for exploring Marrakech. Gorgeous riad and Corinne and her staff were lovely, couldn't be more friendly and attentive!

Corinne is a really nice host and made our stay feel so comfortable and we never had to think about what plans we should make for the next day, because she or her staff always organized everything for us (transfers, taxi, dinner reservations). She also gave us a note with everything on it that we should do or see in marrakech so we wouldn’t miss anything. Jamaa and Yassin also helped us a lot with our plans and were always available for a nice chat. To be honest, this riad felt like home, like a true family and we would suggest it to everyone.

You could hear the muezzin from the minaret (tower connected to a mosque) calling the people to pray loud and clearly. If you have a soft sleep it could be a problem.

The hospitality was second to none. Corinne, Jemma, Abdul and co could simply not do enough to help and always greeted us with a genuinely happy smile. The premise were, comfortable, authentic and close to the hustle and bustle.

Everything was great! Staff was very attentive and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Nice products and amenities. The little splash pool was great!

Staff and chauffeur were a little insistent about lunch/dinner/excursion recommendations (trying to get commissions; chauffeur even got upset with us when we didn't want to go to the restaurant he recommended and wanted to choose our own place) but other than that, very nice!

Great central location and friendly, attentive staff. Really helped us make the most of our trip and gave great advice about where to eat and what to see as well as practical information about the city for our first trip. Great food and relaxed feeling.

Corinne is possibly the most amazing host, ever. I have never had service like that at any other place I have stayed in. From the first contact I had with Corinne at Riad Cocoon, I knew I was in safe hands. She was a joy to liaise with and patiently answered all of my many questions prior to arriving! We didn’t have much time before landing in Marrakech to do much research and organising, but we need not have worried as Corinne presented us with a (tailored) list of suggestions, a pre booked hamman & massage and dinner in the Riad for our first night. Corinne also booked us a couple of excursions we had requested – a buggy ride through the desert and a hot air balloon experience. In addition to these bookings, Corinne had made lunch and dinner reservations for us for everyday of our stay, which we were free to take up or not. We took every single recommendation and were never disappointed. All were outstanding. My favourites being Terasse Des Epices and Le Foundok (both rooftop terrace dinner bookings). The riad and all the staff – Corinne, Driss, Rajaa, Kenza, Khadija – were wonderful. They have all worked there many years. The riad was spotlessly clean and elegant. Food is exceptional. Service fantastic. Superb value for money. Will return.

We loved our time at Riad Cocoon - Corinne the host was amazing, very friendly and helpful (booked us an amazing day trip to the Atlas Mountains), the room was basic but all we needed, breakfast and drinks on the rooftop was perfect, great staff, lovely hammam/Moroccan massage and great location. Will definitely tell our family and friends about this place!

A lovely traditional little Boutique hotel (Riad) in the heart of the Medina. Everything in the old city was within walking distance. The hotel is lovely, well maintained and very clean. The location was perfect and the staff were exceptional. Corinne, the owner, was very welcoming and had lots of great advice and tips for us. She took time to sit with us which was enjoyable. A must visit and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property!

Corinne has worked really hard to make Riad Cocoon a very welcoming and relaxing place to stay. All the staff are great. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
