It was a beautiful hotel ! The rooms were warm and comfortable and the staff were helpful. You had clean pyjamas, towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste supplied daily which was fab.

I wish it had a bar but apart from that it was a wonderful hotel!

객실 컨디션, 서비스 모두 좋았습니다. 새로 리뉴얼한 건물에 투숙하였고, 깨끗하고 정돈된 느낌입니다. 역까지 걸어서 이동하기도 좋고, 번화한 곳과도 가깝습니다. TV타워 엄청 가까워요.

커튼을 치면 창너머 오피스 건물이 보여 뷰는 좋지 않았습니다. 투숙객에게 사우나 사용료를 추가로 받는 점이 아쉽습니다. 객실 창을 열어 환기 하지 못하는 점도 아쉬웠네요.

大浴場。あの設備、大きさで2500円は高い。

とにかく豪華でキレイ。札幌駅から近く歩いて時計台やテレビ塔も近い。近くにコンビニもある。朝のブィッフエもシェフの作るオムレツやイクラ丼、ケーキも多数出て満足でした。

たまたまだかスパがお休みで体験できなかった。スパも有料で2500円別にかかる。

お風呂のシャンプーなどとても良かったし、朝食も満足です。

We took a corner room with a view. Western style layout with plenty of space. It was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was really special. We tried hard but could only sample a fraction of the amazing range of food on offer. It is fun to watch an omelette being made using chopsticks instead of a spatula. Hotel is in easy range of shops, station and bus/taxi/subway.

바닥이 카페트로 되어있어서 먼지가 많이 일어납니다. 창문을 열수없어서 답답했습니다. 창문을 조금이라도 열리도록 해주면 좋겠습니다.

食事をする時混んでて…こんな所で食事って部屋で、翌日昨日は遠くてすみませんでしたと案内の男性が声を掛けて下さいました😜 前日服を汚してしまいコインランドリーを使う羽目に、でも便利でした。

部屋がツインルームでしたが部屋のスリッパが１日づつ履き替えないとと思ってますが、そのまま使ったのに置いてあったり私がゴミ箱に入れればよかったのかな？ コップや歯ブラシもそのまま置いてあったり？石鹸の跡が付いてて…歯磨き粉が１日分しかないので結局また次のを使う羽目に😱持って行けば良かったと反省。 ティッシュもこれだけ？次の日は自分のを使いました。 バスタブも毛が付いてて…洗ってる？ 連泊はかんがえないとなぁ～状態です。常宿だったのですが…次回は…？。 スバも終わる時間が早くて遅くに帰るとゆっくり使えないし普通のお風呂に行ってるみたいで2500円は高いかもで😱残念でした。

Classically built, good decor. South wing is more newly refurbished.

The onsen charged ¥3000 per person is quite expensive.

Just one thing, we didn’t know, the air conditioning is not operating cause outside temperature is low but room was bit hot so we put it on just wind but it was actually warm wind so, in the middle of night, the room was so hot like 28 degrees! So we were sweating so had to call reception and a staff came to our room soon, and told us, cool air conditioning is not operating, so he opened window bit for us and, finally we went to sleep! If we know that information at the check in we didn’t put the air conditioning so, best explain at the check in. The hotel at Otaru, they explained when we checked in. But over all, it was excellent hotel! Best location too!

the room( corner type) was tranquil and comfort. Breakfast were delicious.

What a beautiful hotel. It is classic and glamorous in the shared spaces, but new and clean and modern in the rooms. We loved it.
