The central location is helpful when walking. Breakfast was very good, fruit and cereal as well as a cooked breakfast if desired. The host was helpful and recommended a good restaurant for our dinner.
I found the shower a little difficult to manage. My husband had a hot one moment, cold one moment shower so I was careful not to stand under it when I changed the setting. Eventually it settled and I had a good shower.

wonderful communication, great spot and wonderful breakfast.
Pretty warm but a fantastic fan provided so can’t ask anymore than that.

The bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Very quiet with very little noise from traffic. A really nice breakfast. The host was very friendly. The location is excellent. One tip I can give for eating out in Brixham is book a restaurant in advance! Don't just turn up.

The thought that went in to the rooms and there was a ironing board and iron on every floor which I think is a nice touch. I was a lovely place.

We found the place clean friendly and close to the harbour. The food was very good.
There is no parking at the smugglers. But there are car parks quite close.

Clean & tidy, good breakfast and friendly service
Very cold. The heating was only on for a very short time, 3 times a day.
Had to sleep with a jumper on!!

Room very clean and tidy. Breakfast was hot and waiting time minimal. Location was excellent for both the town and the harbour. Staff very polite and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

Very attentive staff. Very good breakfast with a large, varied selection of cereal, fruit, juice, veggie and full English. The location is very close to the town, harbour and within a short walk to beaches. Room was very clean.
Hardly anything, although I personally find the plastic mattress protectors too hot and sweaty. I fully understand why they are used but alas don’t suit me.
