Good location close to the beach and the bike/walking trails. When you find the path you can go to other beaches and get nice views of the coast. The property is very well maintained and very clean. It would have been helpful to have information in the room showing the way to the beach and the paths.
The road to the villa was very narrow and windy so extra vigilance while driving. We thought we would be able to regularly walk to Capoliveri because it’s not too far but it’s not easy walking on the road with cars.

a perfectly kept village of small houses surrounded by flowers and beautiful trees.. all at 300 meters from one of the best beaches in the whole island. Very good value for money!

Houses look nice from the outside and the inside. Nice terrace. You can walk to the closest beach.
Franca only speaks Italian, but with the help of Google translate you can communicate rather well ;)
The bar/restaurant on the property is okay but rather small.
Not really good location if you're looking for evening bars and restaurants. Capoliveri is close and very nice during day and night time though.
WiFi is pretty bad.
No soap, dishwashing liquid and kitchen towels or sponge were provided.

The whole property is extremely well kept, the owners are extremely nice, the new Restaurant is excellent and it is very near to the sea.....
