Reception staff are always incredibly lovely - very fruendly and genuine. Outstanding location just a minute's walk from the train and bus station

The location was good. The breakfast was good.
Considering I booked a room 6 months in advance I certainly wasnt given a decent room. (Nothing like the photos) We were given a pretty rubbish room with 2 tiny army billet type beds in it. The en suite was also tired with a broken toilet seat. The lift was only big enough for one person with luggage so was constantly in use so we just used the stairs. There was no aircin, just a fan but nowhere to plug it in unless you had it right next to the bed. Not worth the money but a good location.

The location is PERFECT for the bus and train stations, and the market. We were checked in by a lovely man who spoke good English.
We came straight from another hotel 25km away which had significantly better-appointed rooms for half the price. Our room at the Crimea was a decent size but was very dark and there weren't enough sockets - we could have our bedside light on OR change our phone, but not both at the same time. There was a single wall light, but no ceiling light. I groped around in my suitcase hopelessly because I just couldn't see what I was doing. The bathroom was equally spacious, but equally dated and dingy. There was a minibar (but it was empty), and there were no tea/coffee-making facilities. The lift is the size of a Croc (left foot only). A real shame overall, because the staff and the location are great but the facilities need attention.

That it was stated they accepted Bitcoin for payment of accommodation, food and drink but they did not. To be honest I only booked because it was listed on btcmap.org/map so was very disappointed by this. Please restart accepting via using a simple solution like walletofsatoshi.com

The hotel is very welcoming. A few minutes walk close to the main train station and bus terminus.
The reception was quite helpful giving us assistance when required.
The hotels "crotta" (restaurant) is one of the best in the village offering a variety of traditional dishes as well as contemporary cuisine.

We booked a triple room and got an apartment with 2 rooms and view to the square. We were not expecting it!

Good location. Parking right in front of the hotel. The rooms were clean. Very good value for money.
There is no fridge in rooms and the shower door was broken. Overall we had a feeling the hotel is a bit old.

Our room was on the top floor with a pitched roof. It was extremely uncomfortable in the bathroom and toilet. If you are a person of normal height, you should bend down to avoid hitting yourself. Same situation right outside the front door. I hit my head 2 times trying to open the door.
There was no AC and so all the windows were open when we arrived. But since there are no mosquito nets, the room was full of insects that died in the bathroom at night and in the morning the view was terrible.

Located a couple of minutes walk from the station and 5 minutes walk from the old town.
Lovely views of the hills from the windows. Room had everything you needed.
Clean and tidy and perfect for our needs.
There was no shower screen on Bath so water would go everywhere if you stood up to shower.
Room got a little warm during the night when the shutters were closed but window open. It was only low 20's so could imagine it could get hotter in warmer temperatures.

Location is superb, rooms are a little bit outdated but the place has its charms and everything is clean. Try the restaurant downstairs: really good!
But above all: the staff is really amazing. Super friendly and helpful, they really make your stay. Big thank you to all staff at Hotel Crimea!
The rooms could get an update. Advice: would put a tall mirror in the rooms and skip the douche curtain. But these are minor points really, overall had a very pleasant stay.
