Great location, friendly staff who gave good recommendations and directions for when we were arriving late and needed to park. Also very responsive throughout. They also let us keep our car with them for a few hours while we walked around after checking out.

The pillows are a bit firm for my liking but this is very subjective. The bathroom could do with a bit of restoration but otherwise is pretty decent.

The location.

No complimentary tea or coffee. It was too hot, that I sweat all nights, because the aircon didn't work at all. We had to keep the windows open with lots of traffic noise. Breakfast was poor cold samples of food, we only had a buffet on the last day. Some of the staff were weird, not friendly at all. No smile on their faces, and talking abruptly.

everything was great. the hotel over pleased us. all personnel were polite and useful - responded all our requests. cleaning was great as well as interior. warm room with adjustable heater, air conditioning is fine and well located according to the bed. the location is close to the main streets with shopping and restaurants, banks etc.

the only thing is very high and and hard pillows and small blankets.
