It’s really 2 minutes to the beach
It’s smell bad in the kitchen. old sofa and other furniture, dirty chairs. Very hard to park a car, but girls help with it. Thanks them for helping. Sun-beds very dirty . It’s costs 20 euros per day

The placement is amazing right next to the beach! You get a clean and tidy apartment, which is hosted by the best host. Whatever you need help with he fixed, definitely worth the price!

excellent value - we booked for two nights and Vasilije the manager gave us an extra night for free sonthat wecould enjoy Sveti Stefan in the sunshine!

Amazing location, very spacious apartment. Host was very accomadating when arriving late after allocated check in time and extremely helpful and honest when laptop was misplaced.

Close proximity of the beach by using the stairs down.
Room had broken doors and lock for entrance was not the right one for the inside door to secure. We had to secure outside door keeping air conditioner exhaust lock between the 2 doorway. Kids fold out bed was defective and not really confortable. Ac located in main living room so if you close bedroom door it’s very warm. Building is located behind a beach front other option of the property ( I think) with sea view. Those were not available on Booking.com. Maybe those will be a better choice. Front beach is really rocky and they have a custom to rent long chair along the way of the beach with different rate per row. What a scam. But this is everywhere.
