Very nice staff, at the reception and at the restaurant, spoke English, always kind and with a smile, made our stay very comfortable.
Location is great, near the beach and very close to the bus stop.

The staff at the hotel were the nicest and friendliest people we met on the island! Very caring, jolly and ever helpful.

The in house diner was closed for most of the trip.

Pool is Beautiful, Especially in the Morning to Wake up . Sauna is also available after 12 oclock. Breakfast is Big lots to chosse from 👍🙂 Would Definitely recommend and come Back

Very nice and friendly service. Staff very nice and very helpful with all information we needed. Fantastic breakfast which was perfect for us, nice wellness area with pool and Sauna. Very good location of the hotel, so you can travel from hotel by bicycle or you can rent a car. I love to back to Bel Air Strandhotel in GLOWE.
I think there are some areas in hotel that needs more attention when comes to cleaning but other way I am happy ☺️

- no facility to provide fans in sweltering heat.
- dangerous swarming mosquitoes in the night. Only one window is covered in mosquito net.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The location is nice and we had a lot of fun here.
The Internet connection was very slow. Not all staff were wearing masks.

It is nice and cozy. A very big balcony. Swimmingpool has an equipment for swimmers (Gegenstromanlage). Overall atmosphere is relaxing. Good breakfast (though it was crowded, so I had a breakfast outside)
