everything great, the farm is a beautiful location and very easy to reach. Rooms are lovely, clean and well equipped. The hosts are really friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Surely recommeded!

We liked everything except the cold bathroom

Bathroom has no radiator and was pretty cold. The little heating fan didn`t do much as its cord is a little too short.

We stayed in this beautiful place without knowing very well what we were going to find. The place was perfectly located and close to beautiful places of interest in the area. There was an air of nature when you woke up and you could see a few cows from the room. Breakfast was the best part. We woke up very hungry and they let us eat whatever we wanted. The room and bed also satisfied our expectations. So, a perfect choice.

We would have liked to stay longer ;)

We had a lovely stay at the Inveraray farm. We were very well looked after by Fergal and Jen, and the breakfast was lovely. Brilliant value for money and great location.

We were welcomed in by very friendly hosts, breakfast was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome at all times. Close to Kerry Airport and Killarney.

The tv only had one grainy channel to watch, not a deal breaker.

Quiet location, cozy rooms, beautiful gardens

Location is second to none. the view from the window in the breakfast room is just stunning. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Really nice atmosphere and the breakfast was delicious.

Fergal and Jen are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was amazing, and they took great care with concerns about allergies. Their lovely home is situated on a quiet road en route from downtown Killarney to the Gap of Dunloe.

The hosts were very nice and the breakfast was delicious. you could reach everything quickly by car and you had peace and quiet.

the equipment was very old and the bed was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately the room was not very clean and we had to remove several spiders and wipe the dust. there was a constant smell of bacon and frying fat in the air. Essential things were missing in the guest kitchen, such as a bowl to warm up your own food.

Comfortable room in our case we had a view of the Gap of Dunloe which may not be the case in other rooms. Breakfast was excellent and the location was quiet but convenient to visit Killarney and the surrounding area. The Gap of Dunloe is not very far but a very long winding road, not really drivable during the day because of the multitude of Jaunting Cars using the road.

Invarary is a multi room B&B so be aware it can get busy at breakfast and inform your host if you need to get an early start (not in our case). Please note that there can be stairs to get to your room so check if you have problem with mobility.

Very welcoming environment! Honestly it’s one of our favorite B & Bs. We loved the owners and staff. They were very friendly and helpful to us. Everything was clean and organized throughout the property. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Lovely scenic area! We highly recommend Inveraray Farms!!

- Breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from. The owner was careful enough to cater to my lactose intolerance, which I appreciated. - Location is great, on a secondary road close to Killarney. Personally we didn't mind not being able to walk to cafés etc, as Killarney was too touristy for our taste anyway. - Our bedroom had a lovely view towards the mountains, I really liked that!

- We were told we couldn't eat in the bedrooms and to do it in the so called "tea room", which is a room in the basement with no decor and a funny smell, not comfortable at all. - Honestly I was expecting the hosts to be more approachable. They were always polite but I didn't feel they were really kind (as mentioned in some reviews I read). For instance, when I asked for restaurants recommendations in a particular village (which they recommended us to visit) they told me to google it. It seemed like an odd remark and not quite what I expected from the famous Irish hospitality. - the bathroom was quite old and could use some renovation.
