No hubo nada que no me gustara

Lovely layout and gardens, with a nice pool area, freshwater shower and children’s play area, place to store surfboards and even a slack line. The location is excellent - right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Our bungalow was very well equipped with a microwave and mini kitchen, and we also had use of the larger communal kitchen whenever we wanted. TV had Netflix if that’s your thing. Staff were very helpful. And we could hear the sound of the sea at night which was wonderful.

We loved Barra the Lagoa it is and exceptional place to stay and get to know the local lifestyle. The property is very close to the ocean a few steps from the room. The women living and working on the place are very welcoming and helpful and the owner got us free entrances for a big Halloween party next door. The room was spacious and it had a hamok in the entrance and there were 2 chairs to take to the beach. And we loved to have cleaning service every other day.

We didn't like that there is no place to refill our water bottles in the place and we had to buy big plastic bottles which contributes to plastic pollution. Many places don't offer water and that shoul change in order to reduce plastic pollution. It will be an small effort from the property owners but a big difference for the guest and that will make the place stand up among the many options. Our room did not have ocean view neither the common kitchen and it was impossible to get a room with view although we asked for it and booked the property for 7 nights. The property is quiet but the hostal next door is not and we could hear noice a couple of nights.
