Super friendly staff, great location, good breakfast and safe parking.

They don't have an elevator and the bedroom curtain was thin - lots of light in the morning.

The rooms were good, big and comfortable. The simple breakfast but they offer the rich Piura bread.

The room on the first floor had mosquitoes and my daughter was bitten on one eyelid and since she is allergic we had to take her to the medical clinic. My recommendation is that they should spray frequently to avoid mosquitoes.

This place is a bit hit and miss. Location is super central and close to anything you need. The rooms are spacious, have nice beds, etc. Air conditioning does work but has no obvious temperature indication, you just have to try the 'colder' or 'warmer' button to find a decent temperature. Shower is warm but at pretty low pressure (at least on the top floor). Staff are very friendly, including the people serving breakfast at the attached cafe at the bottom floor. Included breakfast had everything i wanted including very nice coffee.

A bit of an update to the aircon and shower situation would improve things.

The hotel is located on a very busy street therefore it is noisy. I was given a room at the back side of the hotel which was less noisy but the window did not close well so the noise could infiltrate in the room. There was an A/C which was very much needed. Additionally there is a roof fan which I would normally prefer but it made some strange noises and looked old. A small swimming pool was a nice touch in a hot town like Piura. There is a secure parking in the premises. Nice hot water, soap and shampoo were provided.

The breakfast could improve. Just eggs, coffee/tea and juice. There were some noisy tenants but this is not the hotel's fault. All night I could hear a tv. I don't know if it was from the lobby or someone fell asleep with the tv on.
