Excellent service! The young men working in the reception were so helpful and ready to assist you in all cases. Breakfast was tasty.

Our room was cold when we came,, but we got immediately a heater.

Great staff and fantastic breakfast. Staff arranged to have me picked up at the airport, and helped with printing necessary papers for my next trip. Delicious breakfast, super comfortable room, great bed. If you want to walk to the center part of the city it takes about 20min, which is fine during the day but not great at night.

Smoking indoors, which is actually common throughout Pristina. If you’re not used to indoor smoking this might set you back, but the rooms themselves don’t smell which is good.

Don't get me wrong: if you're looking for flawless wifi, comfortable beds, your own parking space (very important in Pristina), clean rooms, fairly professional staff and a good breakfast - this is the hotel for you.

However, I was very disappointed with the other content, and the price for the hotel is too high, too high (!): the balcony (shared by three rooms) is untidy. With the exception of the work desk, the table was not in the room and not on the balcony. Balcony door was partaly blocked by bed. We have to borrow two chairs in neighboring rooms. Except for the (wide, comfortable) three beds, there is not much space in the rooms, much less in the bathroom. For three people, one hanger was waiting for us in the closet. There is no space in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels. Credit card payment failed. And most importantly: two seniors had a tremendous difficulty climbing the stairs to the third floor. Therefore, shortening the time spent watching television would be extremely welcome. The TV was in the room, but it didn't work !!! By this the staff was not able to solve the problem (allegedly the fault of the operator) during our stay (2 days). The cost for this offer was twice too high and we left the hotel relatively disappointed.

Really nice hôtel and excellent service ! Especially liked Giza from night shift, who speaks French and could answer all of my questions about local life in Pristina !

Breakfast was great and the location very convenient.

The room had a weird smell coming from the toilet. That was very unpleasant. Also, the bathroom extractor is very noisy, with no option to close it. The room was a bit cold even if the air conditioner was always on. The wifi is very poor, never managed to have internet connection in the room.

Hotel says it has electric car charger, but it does not have it, but staff was friendly and they allowed us to charge using one of their normal socket.

Since no information about breakfast was available in return form, we did not what all options are there in breakfast. We had to ask about it.

The staff, however, went totally out of their way to help and made sure they physically carried my scooter up and down any hotel steps. There was someone to help 24 hours a day. To be honest, all the staff were so nice and very helpful. Great value and pretty good location.

Only real problem for me was a lack of a lift and ramps but see note below. Room was a little tired.
