No air conditioning in rooms, perhaps larger vents required in rooms.

Friendly traditional German hotel in a superb location. Had a one bedroom apartment with a balcony. It was dated but clean with minimum cooking facilities but enough for our stay. Good breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Rooms were very clean and spacy. Breakfast was great, staff super friendly and very helpful. Location is very close to lake, beach and harbour.
Wifi, it was very slow and connection dropped constantly.

Excellent breakfast with good Covid-precautions (e.g. guests wear masks & gloves). Good location close to the water & parks. Nice balcony although we did not use it. Friendly staff.
We were asked to pay the full amount two weeks before arriving (all other hotels asked for payment upon arrival or after the stay). The rooms were very small for the price.

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. The location was very nice as it was only 10 seconds away from the water. Also it was perfect for access to the various water boats and shuttles which can transport you anywhere else on the lake.

Fabulous location, friendly staff, clean rooms.
Room quite small, parking lots in the back of the parking place were too tight so we had to leave the car on the street at night. Breakfast room feels old and worn. Quite expensive for what you get.

The room was perfect! We were meeting our family and we had plenty of space and were so comfortable. The staff was incredible! Our dogs were welcome! The staff assisted us with any question or need that came up. Simply amazing!
