Pretty comfortable place to stay in Modica for decent money. Very nice public kitchen corner, everything looked up-to-date. Good last minute find!

The room had in new furniture and looked very bright. It was bigger than expected. The hostess was very welcoming, and she showed my group of seven where we could store our bikes securely.

Great location. The shared kitchen is very cute, functional and clean. The owners are very attentive to the guests as well as environmentally conscious.

We found the room well refurbished and clean. Simple and practical despite the access at the place. Very comfy foam mattress. Self check-in was much appreciated and all instructions were clear. Very good communication with the owner/receptionist through WhatsApp before arrival at late night.

The room was very comfortable and very well equipped. Location is excellent as very central. Also liked the fact that there was a communal area with tea and coffee and the music playing in the background!

We really enjoyed the place and it looked like in the photos. It is right in the city center and it's easy to get to shops and restaurants.
Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.
Even for 3 persons in the room, the size was more than enough.

I loved the easy and secure check in process. The beds felt amazing, probably the most comfortable in all of my stays in Sicily. The room was clean and simple yet modern. I thought the shower pressure was great.
