It is a high end hotel and spa. It delivers a high end service, accomodation, everything! The staff is a highlight, they are exceptional. The spa has an incredible indoor swimming pool, showers and sauna. It is perfect located if you want to walk around Turin.

This is a beautifully kept hotel. Decor and cleanliness were exceptional.
The staff went above and beyond to help us in our every request and were friendly and courteous at all times.
The location is perfect - walkable to everything central - and if you want to go further afield - transport is a very short distance away.
Breakfast was delicious - with a vast array of food - both hot and cold. I have never seen a breakfast room with so many attentive staff - continuously replenishing absolutely everything. The place was immaculate.
The spa was a real treat - again - the staff were exceptionally accommodating. The pool and Jacuzzis were a lovely size - and the rest of the facilities were fantastic and very, very well kept.
This hotel will definitely be our 'go-to' place whenever we're in Turin in the future.
Disliked · Absolutely nothing!
If I had to mention anything - it would be the presence of young children in the spa. It's really not a place for young children - and screaming, shouting and splashing don't really work in that kind of relaxing atmosphere. Obviously the staff have no control over children's behaviour -so the easiest solution here would be to restrict access.

We were greeted by the most pleasant and welcoming girl, I'm sorry I don't recall her name, and also got a room upgrade (yes I know this is standard practice for operational reasons but it was nice all the same)
The room was spacious and comfy. There is a lovely outside terrace where your can enjoy the breakfast which is plentiful and varied. The real standout is the spa, great pool with steam rooms too, once again staffed by a super nice girl.
That lift is a little bouncy lol!

Beautiful hotel in the center. We got an upgrade room.. Good breakfast.
Very clean and well mantend. The hotel have 4 parking spaces.
The air-conditioned is very foor and we needed to get a ventilator.

The hotel was extremely well decorated, in an old fashioned way.
The outside area was lovely and relaxing.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool didn't open until 12. There was no restaurant.

Loved the building, the large sitting rooms, the planted courtyard, and if course - the spa! The pool and baths are fabulous and beautifully decorated, a rare treat!
It was very hot and my room under the roof did not cool with AC; that said, we had an unusual heat wave.

This is an older hotel that has been kept up beautifully. It is very elegant and the staff is very helpful. I loved having a cocktail and a snack in their pretty little garden patio. I didn't use the pool but I had a great massage at the spa. I had an early flight so couldn't try the breakfast, but I bet it's a good spred! t's a really nice place to stay in Torino. I recommend it highly.

The hotel was very charming. It was very clean everywhere and the location was great. The spa was not large but was enough. The breakfast room was especially lovely, as was the breakfast! So much choice! The staff were all helpful and those in the dining room were very nice! I really enjoyed my stay here!
There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like, although I wish that the temperature of the whirlpools in the spa was higher.

Great location. not noisy. beautifully decorated. fabulous pool and spa. could not get enough. staff so helpful and warm. would recommend this property to anyway going to Turin.

The spa is amazing, the communal areas are very nicely decorated. Breakfast was very nice. Location was perfect for us.
At our arrival the receptionist seemed a bit stressed as she was managing some engineers at the same time so it was not super welcoming.
Room was not as big as I thought but it was nice anyways.

A perfect quiet and central location in walking distance of everything to see and do.
The facilities here were superb!
Sadly just a couple of the staff let it down. Being quite abrupt and verging on rude, (checkout) which was a shame as others were lovely and attentive.

staff were super friendly - very nice breakfast and bar with open fire place - the hotel helped with lots of ideas for dinner and lunches in walking distance - all very good - thank you so much

I liked the location. Lovely area and lots of site-seeing nearby.
The rooms were extremely small. The air conditioner did not work and we had to expend a lot of effort to get this problem resolved. They did move us to a DEluxe room, which had a more acceptable shower and larger room

excellent location
Difficult staff... The first room was ridiculously small for 2 people.. I requested and received an upgrade which was much more acceptable. A friend stayed in a single. The room was minute and the shower was the size of a small closet.
Of the three staff members that we met 2 were indifferent and very helpful... the youngest
