Friendly owner Dominik was helpful and happy to advise on everything. Skiresort Schlick 2000 ten minutes by car, but we mainly used the ski bus, whose stop is 50m from the accommodation and runs every 30 minutes. There is a supermarket in town about 5 minutes away by car. We definetelly recommend.

The apartment was great, everything was perfect, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view from the window to the mountains. The host very nice and helpful.

I want to give only the highest rating to these apartments! Ideal location! 50 meters to the ski bus stop, very convenient! The apartments have all the necessary appliances, everything is very clean and comfortable. Well, the biggest value is the owners of these apartments! Dominik and Sabina, thank you for your attention and attitude towards the guest! I recommend this apartment to everyone and I will return with pleasure!

The apartment is very spacious and bright. Everything is well placed, with taste and a good size, bedroom, kitchen and living room with a sofa and two wing chairs with footrests, which is not usual. The view of the garden and the mountains from the balcony is very nice. The owner, Dominik, his wife and his mother are very kind and are attentive in case we need anything. The place, Neder, is quiet and very well connected with the road and bus stops nearby, near Neustift, which is the tourist and neuralgic center of the valley. We will repeat

Amazing super cozy apartment.
Everything was very clean, all the necessary equipment was in the kitchen.
Amazing location:
- right next to the bus stop (direct connection to Innsbruck, every 15 min skibus to the glacier and to the closest town which is only a few minutes away)
- walking distance to the big grocery store (very nice walk along the river and the lake!)
- beautiful view on the mountains
Very helpful and nice owners.
There is literally nothing I could complain about, I am planning to come back!
