Comfortable place in a great location.

A little inconvenient to collect keys from a different location. Would have been nice to have a toaster!

The single room is close to the city center and the royal palace. It was clean and cosy.

It was smaller then I expected, however has got everything for a short stay.

the check in and out was slightly annoying. check out was not entirely clear if key should stay in apartment or back at check in. some clearer instructions might help.

Great location, parking space, beautiful penthouse style flat

Having to collect the keys from a different apartment first / staff communication regarding this. Would have been easier to have a key safe or meet us at the apartment.

the location of the apartment is nice, there is public transportation in front of the apartment. The description is real and the pictures as well.

first of all, even knowing that we are supposed to take the keys in another address, I assume that is not practical, especially assuming that is the first time I was in the city and the trip was tiring, so having to go to a first place to take the keys and then the apartment was not nice. I advise you to install a system where you can leave the keys in the building, I’ve seen a system like this in other places I’ve been. Second, there was not available a broom to clean the room and the brush to clean the plates was dirty, I bought a sponge myself because I was not going to clean my dishes with that (there was hair on it). Also, the product to wash the dishes was almost over, and I believe that for the price we pay for the room, we should have available all the products necessary to keep it clean (for example, a full bottle of product to clean the dishes, new sponge, gloves, broom, product to clean the floor, a mop). the room is very small, as in the picture. It’s ok for a couple of days, but I do not think it would be for more than one week. another thing, I did not see containers for garbage around, it’s my fault, but I was completely lost concerning it.

Cosy studio for one. Good location near Bislett, tram stop very close, shops and cafes nearby. Very quiet still. It was good to have the small kitchen corner with dishes, fridge and kettle. The late check-in was possible.

The reception is in a different object 15 mins walking distance. Also the opening hours of the reception aren’t very long, however they arranged suitcase storage outside the opening hours for me, thanks for that!

My studio room was small, but just the right size for one person with a lot of plans to go out and about. Had a mini fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, drying table, ironing board, and just enough cutlery, plates, and stuff for food prep. Ample closet storage, and there's enough space under the bed to store luggage, too. The twin bed was nice for a single small person like me, and the duvet was very cozy. I enjoyed my view of the sunrise in the mornings, and there was a binder in the room with any info you might need about the area, such as local groceries, sights, pharmacies, and so forth. I appreciated the fact that there was a washer and dryer in the basement for use. One time I locked my keys in the laundry room, and there was cleaning staff on site to help me retrieve my keys! The Apartments Company was very responsive and easy to contact by phone or email. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, and felt the value was excellent for someone with the intent to have a longer stay.

I wish there were an outlet available in the general area of the kitchenette for appliance use; all of the outlets are under the desk/counter area, and most are in use by the modem, TV, etc. It means that to use the coffee maker or kettle, I had to use the floor... It was a minor inconvenience at most. I also wish there were a hairdryer in the room, as well as an outlet in the bathroom.

Quiet, well-connected by tram, shopping facilities and cafes close by. Wifi ok.

Check in is ok but a tad complicated. The kitchen is well-furnished, but there is not even some instant coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil. One does not buy all of this to prepare one or two meals only, does one? Bed is cozy, but tiny. No hair dryer.

The apartment was as described - small but well equipped and well located for public transport.

In my first night, I came home late and found a neighbor outside the door trying to open it but the key got stuck in the lock. apparently he had already waited for two hours for security personnel to arrive. (earlier in the afternoon, my key got also stuck in the lock and after 10 minutes shaking, I managed to get it out, so I knew that there was an issue with the lock). The security personnel arrived after 15 minutes of me waiting, put oil in the lock and on the key and then managed to open the door. The days after, there were no more issues with the door/lock.

The water in the shower went into the bathroom when you open the door. Everything else was great

I didn’t like the fact that i had to go to take the key from a different place and go in an other place to stay. For a tourist that arrives first time in town, not knowing many things and especially transportation, this is difficult. Also the place was a bit far away from the city center.

Having to pick up the keys at a different location than the stay. It would be best to have the lockbox at the location so that no additional time/effort is spent to check in. It's inconvenient if carrying a lot of luggage or after a long flight.

It was really neat and roomy. It was more like a flat, with everything needed to cook food, iron clothes, watch TV and a lot of wardrobe space. I was really impressed with the value considering the price. The apartment was easy to find once I got the address, and there were a lot of amenities nearby.

A few things were missing. Such as a washing brush (had to rinse dishes with paper) and powder for the washing machine in the bathroom. Checkout was a bit chaotic and the receptionist was new, but he seemed kind and service minded. Would have liked it if he told me the address and checkout method without having to request the information. It would also have been nice if the address was listed on the info card attached to the key. Overall great though and I would recommend staying here! :)
