The property was well apointed. Sergio spent considerable time with us to tell us obout sights and specialties Erice offered to visitors which was something that did not occur with the other properties we stayed in on our holiday. We enjoyed each of his suggestions

Not a criticism of the property but there are a couple of roads to Erice. Do not take the "goat track" on Trapani side of the mountain. While it is sealed, it is narrow with severe hairpin bends and nerve wracking. Apparently follows a Spanish mule track - avoid at all costs. There is an alternative road on the other side of the mountain.

First of all we need to say Sergio is the best host you can think of in whole Sicily. He picked us up at the road and was guiding us by car to a free parking in this season near by to his amazing place. When we entered the appartment it was breath taking. Better than showed on the pics. An amazing space vaults with cosy furnitures and an integrated floor / balcony you can get up and finding the sleeping area. I felt like being in an different century living here. This gave the 2 days stay a special feeling for exploring lovely historical Erice. We even were allowed to check in earlier on the day of arrival and on the day of check out whenever we want. An extremely friendly gesture. Also Sergio took plenty of time to provide us with helpful information, lots of tipps and advices and his calm and friendly way made you feeling very welcome. Thanks Sergio. We definately recommend this place for Erice and will come again. This place is like an extra historical event 😊 in Erice. You easily could stay a week or two here cos its equipped very well and is spacious.

The Casa Vacanza Santa Teresa is an excellent choice for a base from which to explore Erice. The owner, Sergio, provided very helpful instructions on how to get to Erice, which is at the top of a mountain with two access roads. He was also very helpful in meeting up with us at the entrance to the town and leading us to the property. Convenient parking was available about 100 meters from the property, which we would have had a hard time finding on our own. Sergio was also very helpful in explaining what to see in Erice and recommending places for pre-dinner drinks (aperitivi) and dinner.

The property is a very old building that has been nicely renovated. However, the electrical outlets are scarce and not conveniently located. There is little Sergio can do about this. However, if someone has several things that need to be plugged in (e.g. a laptop, smartphone, tablet etc), be sure to bring a power bar.

Great host who takes time to explain everything and shares his restaurant and beach favorites. The apartment is unique and reflects the city's character.

Sergio met us and showed us where to park, then took us to the apartment and gave us tips on where to go eat and drink(all were excellent). He was a great host, and always available. The apartment was super clean and very nice and comfortable. Very stylish too, like staying in a modern castle almost. The location was just minutes walking from everything. We loved that Erice was busy during the day but quiet at night.

There was nothing we didn’t like. It was a terrific stay!

Sergio the host, a true gentleman, helpful with great advice about getting the most out of our stay. The house is superb, the street wonderful.

This apartment was very stylishly furnished and decorated. It was spacious and clean and in a great location and had so much history attached to it.
