Comfortable and clean holiday let with a beautiful view directly over the Fowey River. Easy walk to a beach (Readymoney Cove) and to the many excellent shops, restaurants, and cafes in Fowey. Very friendly hosts.
The second bedroom - although it did have a window - did get a bit stuffy.

Tides Reach is very comfortable, very clean, and has a wonderful view of the estuary. The appartment has very good kitchen appliances, crockery and utensils. The central heating and the bathroom shower and bath work very well. The seating is comfy and the lighting is good. It was quiet and a short walk along the Esplanade to the centre of Fowey. The appartment is almost next door to the excellent Fowey Hotel which we liked to visit.
There was a slight plumbing odour in the downstairs bedroom which was overcome with air fragrance sticks. The passage and stepways from the street to the entrance door is a little narrow and awkward for carrying luggage.
