-staff could not speak English(a big problem)
- the room that I booked, completely was different from that I took there
-my reservation indicated the room with a city view, but they gave me a room in the basement, and
the door was broken and without lock!!!!
-Dirty Blankets, no cleaning service
I want to say the photos on the booking.com are not the same as in the hotel ..
They asked me extra money to change room from Basment to the room that I reserved!
