Nice big room, quiet with less guests. Nice Onsen but need to pay extra.
The entrance is hard to see and dangerous to drive there during foggy weather.

The hot spring is superb！Must try ！I went to the onsen twice during stay, morning and night to enjoy different scenes, both are lovely ！
Also, do not miss breakfast at the restaurant with a stunning panorama view of the Asama Mountain ！
The hotel seems a bit old style and needs to be refurbished.

Staff are mostly not trained to host resort guests. Very uncomfortable communication. No fitness facility.
