Superb location for families. Many facilities and child friendly. There is also an eighteen-hole golf course. The chalets are well maintained and cleaned daily. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location offers many activities onsite and there are many places to go nearby.
The only thing that I could complain about is the monkeys that can be bothersome. They entered our chalet a number of times and stole food. They can become aggressive if you don't make a noise to frighten them away.

Spacious, clean and comfy!
The hot tub needs attention urgently. Control board is broken and the tub needs an urgent decalcification!! Other than that, no issues.

The lovely chalet and nature.
The fact that the wash-basin was clogged and the kettle dripped. But once I informed them, it was immediately fixed with a smile, so it was all good.

Construction by restaurant but understand this is necessary to ensure maintenance up to standard

The outdoor heated pool was lovely
The chalet was neat and had the necessary items required for a self catering unit
Nearly all amenities are to be paid for apart from pools.
There are no pool towels available 4 use they need to be brought or hired.
Shower drains do not drain quickly enough so water leaks out from the doors.
The cost of the units vs what is available for free isn't that cost effective esp if you are going with kids who want to make use of all facilities

Room was much bigger than it is on the pictures. Had a great relaxation time
When we got to our room the tv remore didnt work as well as 1 aircon remote. A lot of wasps in the room as well.
