Staff were very friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean and well looked after, quiet and peaceful area in Puno.

The best thing about this place is the owner Nancy and her family. We felt super welcome and almost like a homestay. I wish Puno was an appealing city that you wanted to stay in longer to get to know these amazing people.
The location is a bit far from restaurants, so if you arrive late, that's a bit annoying. The area is very quiet which is nice for sleeping, however dogs and loud garbage trucks threaten your sleep (like often in Peru).

It was a great place to stay for one night. We were on our way from La Paz to Cusco. The owner was very nice. She made us some tea when we arrived late. The breakfast was simple and fresh.

Comfortable warm beds. They had a heater but we only used it for a little while, the blankets were warm enough. The woman at the reception was really nice and set up a tour for my girlfriend.
It's a little bit of a walk to the center. The showers can take a while to get hot and sometimes would be unreliable and get cold in the middle.

The staff kindly arranged the Uros island tour at the reception for me.
A little far from city center, so it's a little difficult to find restaurants by walk.
