The apartment was a 5 minute walk to many various restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Short walk to a grocery store so would be easy to have a longer stay.. Communicated easily in English with the host using WhatsApp to get the key instructions. Apartment was heated comfortably as it was cold outside. It was very quiet in the apartment considering how close we were to a busy pedestrian street.

Location is super. Communication was great.

No era la primera vez que reservábamos y nos pareció buena idea volver ya que las últimas veces había estado muy bien, cual fue nuestra sorpresa, el apartamento medio limpio, siguiendo que reservamos un apartamento más caro que el que nos dieron la primera noche porque al haber lluvia había una gotera, a todo esto nos enteramos porque al llegar y llamar me lo dijo la chica la cuál si que fue muy amable, pero claro, que menos que avisarnos ANTES no una vez que has llegado y darte un apartamento más barato. Por no hablar, del suelo del baño, que esta lleno de manchas...

Ahora bien, los dueños del apartamento no hicieron nada al respecto, te dan un apartamento más barato y al día siguiente te dicen que puedes volver al que habías reservado pero con el cubo debajo de la gotera por si se pone a llover como fue el caso a todo esto la habitación de matrimonio, y nada ni te devuelven parte del dinero ni NADA. Aparte, te dicen si llueve mucho te podremos dar otro apartamento, tienes que estar pendiente de que tienes que recoger las cosas y no te devuelven ni parte del dinero ni NADA. Un poco desastroso y vergonzoso, la chica que fue muy amable se iba de vacaciones y nos dio un teléfono de un chico que NO se preocupo si nos estaba entrando agua ni se pronunció en toda la estancia. Además para ser un apartamento no te dejan ni estropajos, ni cosas básicas que puedas necesitar... Total... que igual que repetimos porque nos encantó, esta será la última vez, no volveremos ni lo recomendaremos más a amigos porque se nos hizo eterna la estancia... Una pena, porque antes era una pasada.

Hard to access with the car. Parking is a bit further so you need to walk with your suitcases quite a bit to reach the accommodation.

Big spacious apartment right in the middle of town. Bars and restaurants are really close but we still had no issues with noise. We had a wonderful stay.

If you intend to stay inside for any time during the day it is quite dark. Luckily we were out most of the time!

Lovely big top floor apartment. Great balcony with late afternoon/evening sun. Good location in the old town. Close to restaurants and 5 minutes walk to the port. Easy check in and Valentina was really helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

Details of the key box location and code were provided in a WhatsApp message on the day of arrival. The apartment is large and roomy. Two bedrooms one with twin beds was not used by us. The apartment was in a very good location with plenty of local restaurants nearby. Only a 5 minute walk to the main shopping area or 10 minutes to the Port. The apartment was adequate for our five night stay. The main bed was particularly comfortable and we slept really well. It's very quiet and we didn't hear any noises from our neighbours.Parking is available circa 8 minutes walk away at Carrer de la via for approximately 15 euros per 24 hour period. The apartment was clean and tidy and had a very good shower and good hot water. If we visited Denis again, we would stay in this property again.

Difficult location to reach ny car to enable bag drop off. Access through very narrow streets with tight turns and high kerbs. Need to be very careful when driving especially any car bigger than a mid size cross over. No parking outside the accommodation. Parking is available circa 8 minutes walk away at Carrer de la via for approximately 15 euros per 24 hour period. No lift available to apartment so be prepared to climb 32 steps. Normally ok but can be tricky with 22kg bags. Two toilets in the apartment, albeit there was a strong drainage smell from the smaller one, we kept the door closed. There was a kitchenette area which we only used to make drinks. There was cups, plates and cutlery but no wine glasses. The fridge freezer is very noisy. There is a small balcony but nothing pretty to look out on. The settees were low and not very comfortable and the TV was all Spanish with no British channels available. Heating was via an air con unit in the Lounge and an electric radiator in the bedroom. Both were adequate but i'm not convinced the radiator thermostat works correctly as the heat unit glowed in the dark and the cable to the wall plug became very hot. After a night of rain we received a visit from Valentina and a workman. My wife was in the bedroom getting ready to go out. They wanted to inspect the bedroom for damp. The wall was darker in one area but we were assured it had been fixed and they were just checking all was ok. I guess my only other concern was the positioning of an electrical plug socket within inches of the sink in the en suite area. Whilst I'm sure adults would not go near it I do feel there is a risk to safety especially if children went near it.

Great location central to everything and near the castle, clean, cosy, very quiet, nice to enjoy the lovely patio balcony.

didn't enjoy the steep, narrow stairs as you immediately open the front door, then further stairs up to my room which was number 4, in fact 34 stairs in total, luckily i didn't have much luggage! There was limited kitchen utensils, no oven tray, even just a foil tray would have been useful. No proper wine glasses, just these awful plastic goblets that were more like sundae dishes! Oh and the noisiest fridge/freezer ever! In the main bathroom the toilet seat was broken and no toilet roll holder! No blackout blinds in the bedroom area so wasn't able to sleep past sunrise. However this is a nice place to stay and lovely host and would probably stay there again if in Denia.

Great location in the centre of the town, but nice and quiet. It was easy to find and access the apartment. It's worth noting that the stairs leading up to the apartments are very narrow, so may cause a problem for those with mobility issues. Our apartment had a little terrace which was appreciated and had plenty of space to chill out. Good shower.

The washing machine didn't function properly (we successfully did one load, but it broke down on the second one). We managed to open the machine and rescue our clothes, but it caused a mess and it was something we could have done without! The owner tried to be helpful, but in the end we had to sort it out ourselves. The apartment is in an old building and suffers a bit from damp. The whole place could probably do with a bit of sprucing up and TLC.

This apartment is in a great location. It is in a quiet area, very close to the castle, 10 mins walk from the beach, and 10 mins walk from a large supermarket. The decor is charming, the beds are comfortable, the wifi is good. The little patio was a lovely place to sit at sunrise/sunset.

The kitchen is only minimally equipped, with barely enough crockery and cutlery for 2 people, let alone 4. The cleanliness was only just acceptable. The apartment needs better general maintenance. It is very difficult to reach the property by car, which is a problem if you need to drop off heavy luggage. The nearest underground car park costs €16 per day and is also very difficult to drive to/from the apartment.

Don´t try to drive there with the car - the streets in town centre are too narrow for cars. Leave you car outside the city walls and walk.

Layout, space, location. Newly redecorated and loved the high ceilings.

Bathroom floors and shower need some attention.
