Ski/boot storage not the best and shared balcony is a negative for us.

Great location in the centre of town. Very spacious and clean apartment.

It was very noisy at night as it is situated opposite a bar and a very busy takeaway.

very clean,artistic(we we surrounded by contemporary exhibtion,escpecially in the wc:)),flat rally warm,(floor heating is the best for skiing holidays) even our beds were heated!:)

the toilet (without a washbasin)was separated from the bathroom

All was ok.

Super convenient next to the lift. Nice heating.

2 persons cut themselves on the furniture, hinges are broken and sharp as hell - that must be fixed. There is a 10 person bar across the street and it’s open till late, the bar I noisy and the drunken yelling competitions every night not nice. We managed to seal the door up with some toilet paper, but recommend a new noise compatible door to be installed along with a new window also noise protected. Taxis outside waiting for customers should turn off the engine, it stinks and is not Saalbach quality.
