Breakfast was terrific

Parking was awkward- had to call hotel desk to open gate- the street was narrow and felt unsafe walking back to front of hotel

Breakfast was good. But no place to sit comfortably outside and no pool

No warmth by reception staff

Amazing breakfast spread. Easily the BEST breakfast we’ve had. There were plenty of dishes to choose from, and everything was delicious!!! The location was perfect. A short 5 minutes drive to the port where we went for the cruise and the Bai’ha Garden can be seen from the hotel.

The staff was highly professional and answered any question we had . The hotel has a family vibe my wife got sick and the guy at the reception called a doctor for her. They were really kind and helpful. Hotel is located in a perfect location close to everything. Will definitely stay there in our next visit in Haifa . Highly recommend

It was really close to the cruise port

Very handy location for Haifa sights, train station and cruise ship access. Plenty of restaurant options around the corner in the German colony. Modern clean cool rooms in summer heat. All staff very friendly and helpful, from reception desk to breakfast staff to cleaners. Allowed to check in early, no problem.

The hotel was very clean, the room was a bit small but that isn’t the main, as the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the hotel’s location is the best. the dinner and the breakfast was great and tasty. The stuff was very nice and kind, very helpful, they brought us wine and chocolate, and made sure it was pleasant during our stay. We will definitely return, the location is excellent in the German colony, accessible and there is parking nearby.
