Convenient, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful - we left our bags with them on the last day and they tagged them and kept them safe. Water dispensers on each floor were really helpful!
The noise from the water pump every 5-15 seconds got a bit annoying, and the towels could do with replacing.
