Getting the keys was an easy thing. Location is awesome, 2 terraces, both having an amazing panoramic view. These are the reasons why i'm giving then 2 points, otherwise, it'd be 1...

0 hygiene. Cockroaches in the bathroom, earwax-lookalike-something on the wall, unknown hair in the "freshly cleaned" bathroom, brown marks of foam in the shower. Both terraces (and all the furnitures) were full of dust, dirt, hair, everything, you can imagine, we had to do all the cleaning to make the flat livable. Washing machine was spitting out foam and water from itself. Bedbugs

We used Rideaway taxi and they collected keys for us. The apartment has a wonderful panoramic view of the ocean.

The apartment was up a very steep hill and then 11 steps to get into the apartment. There was no mention of this on Booking.com or Novasol or Homecare on the web. There was a walk down to the beach and down galvanized stairs. The apartment was dirty, quilts badly stained and there were fleas in the beds. Sunbed broken, veranda outside bedroom seat was broken, grubby outside furniture and a filthy stick holding the toilet roll, which I refused to touch!!!. My mother is disabled and we were stranded in the apartment until Homecare on the web kindly moved us (at an extra cost). We were both very glad to get out of this apartment. Novasol blamed me for not checking about people with walking difficulties, I booked with Booking.com so I didn't think I needed to check with anyone else. False description led my mother and myself to a horrid first four days like prisoners we had to get taxis to even get us out of the apartment and even they saw how difficult it would be for disabled people like my mother. What you see on the internet price ways isn't all you have to pay, keep on reading you have to pay consumption costs and final cleaning costs which I had to pay an extra £229.

The view was very nice. The towels and sheets were good but did cost an extra charge of €20

Hidden Costs was the first issue! It’s was advertised at €420 and ended up costing €600 plus a €70 taxi ride to collect the key!!!! The apartment is very tired and needs an upgrade. One of the bedrooms was almost unusable, old rugs had been stuffed in the wardrobe and the smell was awful! The shower was blocked when we used it and we managed to clean it out which wasn’t pleasant! The lounge area was pleasant enough but not looked after, there was very little care shown in making it homely. The settees were comfy enough! Old ornaments left randomly around didn’t help make it any better! The kitchen was ok and there were plenty dishes some weren’t clean! There was no cloth or tea towel and absolutely no provision, even salt or pepper! Half a toilet roll was left in each toilet! The patio had tired furniture and old floats and cushions were piled up in the corner! Thr table and chairs and especially thr loungers had seen better days! There was an extremely steep driveway up to the apartment which wasn’t made clear in thr description! We will not be recommending!!!!
