Housekeeper entered room without my consent

Good location , easy connectivity , neat and clean rooms , good room service , excellent house-keeping , tasty food. Will surely recommend to family and friends visiting Gandhinagar. The front desk staff were very polite.

Location near to business place

Towels given were not clean, in included breakfast, food quality was not so good, hot water was not available for bath.. we complained twice but it was as it is.. no drinking water bottles even provided in rooms.

The quality of breakfast was poor, in place of butter, some kind of coloured oil or ghee or margarine was served along with toast. The chutney served with uttapam had a foul smell of coconut, on complaining, it was replaced with chutney stored from freez.

The room n toilets weren’t cleaned. All pillows n blanket covers were replaced after protests also toilet was cleaned after complaint. There was only one person doing all the chores.
